It is a small town near Olbia, in the north of Sardinia, the little italian paradise called Costa Smeralda. San Pantaleo is a small town of times gone by midway between Olbia and Porto Cervo; the pastoral landscape is home to many artists, painters and sculptors. In the evening, social and folkloristic events light up the main square of San Pantaleo. The most important Church is devoted to San Pantaleo, whose cult is very important to people living in Sardinia. Indeed, each summer the Saint is celebrated by traditional shows. 10 How To Get When you get to Olbia, follow the National road SS 125, way to PORTO CERVO ARZACHENA PALAU. At the kilometro 7 of the SS 125, turn right and follow the information to : PORTO CERVO BAJA SARDINIA SAN PANTALEO. Running along the sea, after 10 kilometers, you arrive at a fork: on the right you can reach the Costa Smeralda and on the left you can reach San Pantaleo, going upcountry. Behind you leave the awesome seaside landscape to enter the wonderful granite rocks which lead the centre of San Pantaleo. Have a nice trip!
