2 PROGRAMME & TIME TABLE Arrival of the Teams From h. 04:00 to h. 06:00 p.m: Teams enrollment at the Sports Centre H. 07:00 p.m: presentation ceremony of the participating Teams at the Sports Centre H. 08:45 p.m: a great chance to see the semi-finals match of the European Football Championship at the Idea Hotel and/or in the San Biagio Sports Centre H. 09:00 a.m: beginning of the qualifying rounds H. 06:00 p.m: visit to the Aquarium of Genoa (optional) H. 09:00 a.m: beginning of the finals knockout round H. 10:30 a.m: quarter finals H. 12:00 a.m: semi-finals H. 03:00 p.m: finals H. 09:30 p.m: awards Breakfast and departure of the Teams. PARTICIPATION RULES Eligible applicants include Teams formed by IPA members and colleagues belonging to the several Police Services (State Police, Carabinieri, Revenue Guard Corps, Prison Guard, State Forestry, Municipal Police and Fire Brigade). Each team will be composed of 4 players and 1 goalkeeper (for a maximum of 10 players). At the beginning of each match it is mandatory for participants to show the match judge their Police identification card or their IPA card valid for the current year. The Sports Centre where the event will take place is covered by a public liability insurance policy, covering this tournament too. IPA Region 3 Liguria will make use of other insurance policy at the time of the event. The participants (players) in the Tournament must submit a medical certificate of good health and/or a declaration of indemnity. The Organizing Committee refuses all responsibility in case of accidents; IPA Region 3 Liguria disclaims any liability or responsibility for accidents of any kind as may happen to the participants before, during and after the event. REGISTRATION The registration is to be sent only by to ipasportgenova@libero.it by filling out the form attached, by the 10 th of April The first 18 Teams will be accepted in order of registration. REGISTRATION FEE The fee per Team is and includes a minimum of 5 matches and a souvenir gadget. Three fields for 5 a-side football matches redone in February 2010 with the latest generation of turf, 8 changing rooms with disabled access, over 100 parking spaces, large bar area with availability of hot and cold dishes where athletes can eat sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, first and/or second hot dishes, as per the daily menu. Sports Centre web site CONNECTIONS The Organization provides a shuttle to connect to the city centre only on Saturday 30 th June, at the dedicated price of 12,00 / round trip per person.
