Message from the Dean On behalf of the John Molson School of Business (JMSB), I would like to thank you for your generous support of the 34th annual John Molson MBA International Case Competition. This competition is now among the most prestigious of its kind in the world and we are very proud that this is one of our school s signature annual events. The competition represents a wonderful opportunity for participants to develop many competencies that are essential for business leaders. Message from the MBA Program Director In January 2015, MBA students from around the world will gather in Montreal for the 34th annual John Molson MBA International Case Competition. During the student-run event over 150 participants from 16 countries representing 36 universities test their skills, intuition and stamina in an intense week-long competition. During that week, more than 270 seasoned senior executives donated their time and expertise to judge the presentation of the MBA teams, and over 300 volunteers ensure that everything is done efficiently, be it guiding competing teams to ensuring to inputting judges scores. None of this monumental effort would be possible without sponsors like you. Your generosity provides the backbone of the competition and, without it, the John Molson International Case Competition would simply not be able to showcase the talents of MBA students and bring the vibrant Montreal business community to an international stage. Since its inception back in 1981, the John Molson MBA International Case Competition has been bringing together talented MBA students from around the world with senior executives for an intense week of case analysis, presentations and socializing activities. Today, the 34 year-old event is more than just a case competition: it is an extraordinary opportunity to create global connections.
