Headquartered in China, Huawei is a multinational telecommunications business. They approached AD Engineering in August of 2014 after struggling to find an experienced energy professional who would fit the brief of their Sales Manager vacancy in Reading. As specialist recruiters in niche vertical markets, AD Engineering immediately conducted an in-depth market analysis and identified a number of high-calibre sales managers from all over the UK.
