3 HOW WE WORK We make the recruitment process as easy as possible for our clients. After fully understanding a company s needs, strategy and structure, we will research, identify and interview suitable applicants, and present you with a shortlist of relevant candidates who will meet your brief. Once you have decided who to interview, we will take care of the interview logistics and follow-up with you after each interview, until a successful hire is made. We have worked with clients across the globe, placing candidates in positions based in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. We have a broad repertoire across senior executive, sales, marketing, business development, academic management, operational and other functions within the international education sector. 4 WHO WE WORK WITH We work with both public and private sector organisations all around the world. Our clients include examination boards, language schools, business schools, pathway providers, accommodation providers, professional services companies, event organisers and independent schools, including the following: GROUP OF COMPANIES
5 LEVELS OF SERVICE AND FEES Retained search We manage the whole of the recruitment process for you on an exclusive basis. We charge a minimum fee up front, which is deducted from our settlement fee upon successful placement of a candidate. Fee: 25% of the first year salary + VAT where applicable. Limited search We work alongside you in your own recruitment process. We charge a minimum fee at the end of the process if we are not successful in placing a candidate. This option is useful if you wish to supplement an existing recruitment drive with our wide network and tacit understanding of your requirements. Fee: 20% of the first year salary + VAT where applicable.

7 THE PIE TALENT TEAM AMY BAKER Director Amy is an international education expert with nearly 20 years experience in the industry. Over the last three years she has built up The PIE and worked closely with colleagues on The PIE Talent. She divides her time between recruitment and editorial and has carved out a reputation for being able to identify the right profile of person to suit an international education company, be they agent-facing, studentfacing or a senior operator. HADIL EL-AGAMI Recruitment Manager Hadil began her career in international education and development before joining The PIE. She has a BSc in Business Administration and specialised in International Marketing. Hadil is of Egyptian descent and grew up between -POEPO BOE &HZQU )FS FEVDBUJPO nurtured an internationally minded, bilingual individual, gave her insight and understanding of this field and a greater ability to communicate effectively within it. PAMELA RODRIGUEZ OTTEN Recruitment Manager Pamela has worked in higher education for almost 20 years for public and private institutions in the US and UK. Her roles often involved hiring, and also comprised managing offices in academic advising, international students, study abroad, Erasmus, enrolment, registry and career counselling.
