Your account You receive your username and password from the administration office. As a student at Cphbusiness you automatically get an e-mail account (username@cphbusiness.dk). This e-mail address is used for all communication between you and the school administration. You can access your e-mail account through Fronter, or via webmail.efif.dk. Log on with the username and password, you have been given. Change your password - web You have to reset your password every year - go to http://mobil.efif.dk The password have to be 8 characters long. Change your password - SMS If the selvbetjening-service knows your mobilnumber, you can reset the password by sending kodeord to 2979 7784. The SMS-service will return your new password. 3
Wireless internet The name of our network is CPHBUS-STUDENT. No password is needed to log on. Mail How to read your mail online: 1. Open a browser (eg. Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome) 2. Go to the address https://webmail.efif.dk 3. Enter EFIF\ followed by your username 4. Enter your password 5. Push the Log On button

How to read your mail from the Mail application 1. Open the Mail application 2. Choose Mail - Preferences - Accounts and click on the + sign 3. Enter your full name, e-mail address and password 4. Click on Continue! 5. Make sure the information is correct and click on Create! 8
IT-vejledninger Forward your Cphbusiness-mail to your private mail account 1. Log on to your cphbusiness mail account on webmail.efif.dk 2. Open Options in the top right corner of the screen 3. Choose Create an Inbox Rule 4. Choose New 5. Under * When the message arrives, and: select [Apply to all messages] 6. Under Do the following select Redirect the message to 7. Write your private email address under To -> in the bottom of the page 8. Click on OK 9. Click on Save 10.Answer Yes to Do you want this rule to apply to all future messages? 9
Fronter Fronter is an intranet and LMS (Learning Management System). In Fronter you can find information about activities, news, messages and documents from teachers and administration. Fronter is also the place to hand in project reports and assigments. Access Fronter at fronter.com/cphbusiness, and use your username and password to log on. Today! Your personal homepage in Fronter is called Dagens. This page is a wall displaying news, messages etc. from the rooms, you are a member of, for instance groups and subjects. 10
Print and copy Untill our new printing system is up and running, you need to install the printer, you wish to use. How to install a cph printer: 1. Click on the apple 2. Choose System Preferences 3. Choose Print & Scan! 11
4. Click on the + sign! 5. Choose the IP icon at the top 6. In Protocol choose Line Printer Deamon - LPD 7. In Address enter cph-print 8. In Queue enter the name of the printer (Ses list of printer names below) 9. Under Name you choose what to call the printer 10. Click on Add 12

Selvbetjening At selvbetjening.cphbusiness.dk you can view your schedule and your grades, as well as change your password. This is also the place to sign up for our sms-service in order to receive information about changes in teaching schedules etc. 1. Click on the small padlock to the right 2. Enter EFIF\ followed by your username as well as your password to log on. 14
Remote Desk Connection Both students and employees can log on to the school s network and programmes from home through a Remote Desk Connection. This connection gives access to your e-mail, the internet, your personal network drive, the Microsoft Office programmes and more. You will only be able to see the programmes installed by the school, and not your own private programmes. Please note, that it is not possible to install your own programmes at the Remote Desk. Download the Remote Desktop Connection here: http://www.microsoft.com/da-dk/download/confirmation.aspx?id=18140 As soon as the programmes is installed, you can find it under Programmes on your computer. 1. Enter u-term.efif.dk and hit the Connect button 15

Your student card At Cphbusiness Nørrebro, Valby and Lyngby, the student card is used for access control of the premises. When the new printing system is up and running you have to use your student card to print and photo copy. Library As a student at Cphbusiness you are welcome to use our libraries in Valby, Lyngby and City. The libraries have a collection of handbooks, encyclopaedias, newspapers, academic literature as well as Danish and International periodicals. The libraries are open to all employees and students from all of Cphbusiness campuses. Learn more about the libraries here: http://cphbusiness.dk/studieliv/bibliotek Video surveillance We use video surveillance to prevent and detect theft, vandalism etc. Recordings are erased after two weeks. As a rule, the recordings will not be watched by anyone, except in cases of crime investigations.
