14 th Annual April 16th: 9am - 5pm April 17th: 10am - 4pm Juried Show bringing a variety of Artistic Expressions to the community THE EVENT The 2016 Port Orange Artfest premiere festival of fine arts is a two-day celebration of the arts providing the highest quality visual arts set against the scenic City Center Complex in Port Orange. This year the juried show will attract some of the best artists around the area, creating yet again a successful and well attended event. AWARDS Best in Show $3,000 1st Place..... $2,000 2nd Place.....$1,000 JURIED SHOW FOR ARTISTS 1 Award of Excellence...... $750 5 Awards of Distinction......$500 5 Awards of Commendation.. $300 5 Awards of Merit. $200 5 Awards of Honor. $50 City Center Circle, Port Orange, Florida The Port Orange Artfest is open to all artists. Check in begins 2 pm Friday, April 15th and 7 am Saturday, April 16th. If booths are vacant 1 hour after check in on Saturday you will be considered a no-show and your booth will be re-assigned. Artists must be present on-site with their booth, open for business during the entire Festival. Displaying ribbons and awards from previous or other shows is not permitted. One artist per booth. ELIGIBILITY & RULES Exhibit spaces measure 10 x10. Work must be contained within the assigned space. Artists are required to use a substantial display that withstands wind and crowds. Water-resistant coverings are recommended, and must include weights. Browse bins may occupy minimal space and must be aesthetically pleasing and not obstruct patron flow. Some Spaces have slight irregularities so displays should be flexible. Please be advised booths may be on concrete OR grass area. Each artist is responsible for his/her own Florida State sales tax. No overnight RV parking permitted.
