The 3CTC platform has been operational since January 7th, 2015, and its concession attributed for 25 years. It is located in a strategic area between Douala and the port, where it occupies 2 hectares. With this new platform, the CMA CGM Group offers its clients a complete range of logistics solutions: 1. Full and/or empty containers storage in a 1,200 square meters secured area 2. Merchandises land transportation in Cameroon, Chad and Central African Republic This platform reinforces the Group s presence in Cameroon. Its vessels call Douala twice a week, offering Cameroon industrials imports and exports solutions with the entire world. The CMA CGM Group has the ambition to become a big player in Cameroon s development, today more than ever. The 3CTC platform illustrates CMA CGM land development strategy. PAGE 5 Tariff & Surcharge Updates Ocean Freight amendments In a continued effort to provide quality services, CMA CGM group hereby informs of a Rate Restoration Program From North Europe to US & Canada Effective April 1, 2015, CMA CGM will implement the following General Rate Increase (GRI) for all cargo (dry & reefer containers) from North Europe to all US ports, points moving via the US East and Gulf Coasts: $350 per 20 and $450 per 40 The following GRI amounts will be applied to Canada ports, points moving via Canada East Coast : $200 per 20 and $250 per 40 For further information, you can contact : Sacha Verbruggen 32 3 292 34 24 From North Europe to Mexico Gulf CMA-CGM will implement a General Rate Increase on service from North Europe to Mexico Gulf. The GRI will be applicable for all shipments loaded as from April 1 st, 2015 from Baltic, Scandinavian, UK/Eire, Continental, Atlantic Spanish and Portuguese ports. PAGE 8 Surcharge amendments Chennai - Weighing of all containers Chennai terminal has implemented a new charge (INR 110 / Container + service tax) towards weighing of all import & export containers. In case gross weight is deviating by +/- 3 tons compared to initial declaration, terminal will charge CMA CGM by INR 965.25 / 20 & INR 1447.88 /40 additional (+ service tax approx USD 14 / usd 24).
