3 Road transportation containers Our modern fleet including specialized semi-trailers for heavy goods containers make Uni-logistics especially competitive. Putting much stress on safety and optimization of operations in delivery chains our company have equipped their vehicles with GPS system integrated with the company operation system. Intermodal Intermodal solutions these are offered in cooperation with significant domestic and international railway operators. Uni-logistics offer national intermodal solutions on port-inland-port routes. On international routes port-inland-port as well as inland-inland solutions are proposed. Directions Company offers both road and intermodal solutions to / from all Polish ports and terminals as well as to / from main European ports (e.g. Antwerp, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Felixtowe, Southampton, Le Havre,Triest, Koper).

4 Project Cargo Uni-logistics offer complete logistics and forwarding services for oversize cargos and special cargos. We offer solutions depending on the type and nature of goods as well as on the location of loading/ destination. Uni-logistics handle special transports by sea (OOG, BB), by land, by air and by rail. As special cargo we understand also small loads in terms of size which, however, require special transport conditions including urgent delivery (e.g. elements of operation hall equipment for hospitals) as well as bulk cargo and chartering.

5 FTL / LTL road transportation Our company handle the domestic and international full truck load transport as well the consolidation of partial loads. FTL / LTL transport services are offered on the basis of our standard fleet, mega type semi-trailers or smaller line vehicles. Uni-logistics offer a regular console between Italy and Poland. 6 Sea Freight Uni-logistics s offer the full service handling of cargos in overseas and short sea freight. Especially: > Logistic handling of cargos at the port of loading and discharging; > The coordination of works related to the completion of orders of different Uni-logistics departments; > The coordination of cargo handling against any third parties involved in the goods handling process (appropriate authorities, container terminals and ports, Marine Lines); > Issuing the marine shipping documents; > Monitoring of consignments, their current location and status; > Quick pick up/ delivery of cargos to their final destination (based on specific Incoterms); Company handles cargos on all continents.

7 Air Freight Uni-logistics offer full service handling of cargos in air freight, especially: > Logistic handling of cargos at the consigner s and consignee s place (including storing); > Monitoring of consignments in terms of their current location; >Preparing any necessary documents for air freight; >The coordination of works related to the completion of orders of different Uni-logistics departments: Transport, FTL and Customs Agency; > The coordination of cargo handling against any third parties involved in the goods handling process (appropriate authorities, container terminals, Air Lines); Our Company handles consignments on all continents.

8 AEO Certification Uni-logistics obtained AEO Certificate No. PLAEOF onjuly 6th 2010 (in terms both to customs simplifications as well as to safety and protection). Obtaining AEO status confirms that the entrepreneur is a responsible, fully solvent partner who observes customs regulations and upholds an appropriate management system thus providing safety for the whole delivery chain

10 Uni-logistics is a member of the international organization - Worldwide Partners Alliance (WPA). WPA has been established in order to guarantee the security of international transactions in a broad sense (both in terms of organization and financial matters). For Uni-logistics, the founder member of this organization, this was the next step towards providing maximum security in delivery chains supervised by Uni-logistics. WPA is an ISO 9001 certified organization. Uni-logistics has got the status of 'Platinium Member' of the international organization Global Logistics Network (GLN) domiciled in NJ, USA. GLN is one of the greatest organization in the world working for logistic industry and they have gathered companies from 124 countries as their members. This organization has been operating since 2003 and is subject to the requirements imposed by ISO 9001 Certificate..
