Wedding Organization The key to our success in our pre-planning that ensures you all the details are taken care of. Guest Arrival Your guests will be greeted by our Maitre d s and guided to the ceremony area. Our staff will receive the gifts and encourage them to sign the memory book. After the Ceremony Each guest as they can receive a glass of Champagne raspberry afloat. A wonderful way to begin the reception. Beverage Station & Hors d oeuvres Ordered beverage stations will be available for your guests selection and Hors d oeuvres will efficiently flow to them. Bridal Party Bridal Party will stay in ceremony area for photographs. Beverage and Hors d oeuvres will be served to them. Bridal Party and Bride & Groom Introduction We will work with you to coordinate this to ensure the most impact on your special day. Food Service After the introduction of the Bride and Groom, you may, as the hosts, wish to greet your guests, say a few words, and do a blessing. At this time, our Maitre d s will escort your guests to the buffets or a served meal will begin. These are guidelines for your considerations. We will assist you every step of the way. Additional Considerations Some additional items such as the 1 st Dance, Cake Cutting, Best man and Maid of Honor Toasts, Garter & Bouquet Toss will need to be planned. ONE STOP OPTION.. SUPPORT SERVICES.... INSURANCE............. Turnip Rose is a Special Event Company providing you with the flexibility of all services that are needed. You may provide your own designs or we will take charge of all details. Turnip Rose assures you that all foods will be prepared and handled in the highest Sanitary Standard. All foods are delivered in our Refrigerated Trucks for quality control & conform with Health Department specifications. Liquor Liability, Worker s Compensation Insurance Certificates are provided and included in our pricing. KITCHEN AND BUFFET EQUIPMENT All kitchen support equipment, buffet linens and designs including Silver Chafing Dishes and Silver Coffee Urns, are included in our pricing. RENTALS & GUIDELINES The Rule of Thumb for rentals is listed for your convenience. Guest seating, tables, chairs, floor length linens & napkins - $6.90pp China place settings Includes all place setting items - $7.50pp Bar Glassware Includes variety of glasses - $3.00 - $4.50pp Kitchen Support All items related to the production & service is included with our service. BAR SERVICE........... SERVICE PERSONNEL.. POLICIES................ There are many options for Bar Service, we are glad to assist you in any way we can. You may provide your own liquor items and retain our bartender. There s no corking fee (8) hours labor is included in our pricing. (3) hours set-up time. (4) hours service, (1) hour of clean up. Additional staffing may be required pending on site evaluation. Our Professionally Trained Staff will provide setup, service to your guests and will thoroughly cleanup. All trash will be hauled away that evening. 20% service charge on food & beverage and California Sales Tax will be added to all services rendered. A deposit of $1000.00 will secure the date for you and begin the planning stages. The balance is due on the week of your event. OUR ATTITUDE Our No Problem attitude will assist you in any way we can.
