Our range currently includes 4 series with an extraordinary number of varieties (Classic, Performance, Premium and Premium LED). The new 90 mm Premium LED product group gives designers new degrees of freedom. The two LED modules (mono-led and Bi-LED) are an ideal solution because they are a direct replacement of previous 90 mm halogen and xenon modules.* The LED module requires no maintenance and provides excellent lighting performance. Since LEDs are expected to last for more than 15,000 real operating hours (in an ambient temperature of around 50 C), they will help to save tremendous costs compared to the standard servicing and garage fees incurred by other lighting systems. Drive 20 times around the world without needing to replace the bulb. Bulb replacement has become a thing of the past. Requires no maintenance due to passive cooling. It provides the luminous flux which hits a certain surface from the light source. For example; an office workplace should be illuminated with at least 500 Lux and the human eye can still read a newspaper without any problems at 1 Lux. The values under the Lux axis show where the respective illumination intensities are achieved in the light distribution diagrams.

BI-LIGHTING TECHNOLOGY Hella is an innovation leader in the field of automotive original equipment and as such it sets standards by supplying integrative lighting technology A single module covers both low beam and high beam headlights: Instead of separate reflectors for low beam and high beam, a single projection module with one light source (LED) is sufficient on each side of the vehicle. Simple extension of illumination: When the driver switches to high beam, the light distribution and brightness of the low beam setting remain unchanged - high beam illumination extends the existing beam. Constant close-range illumination results in a very comfortable extension/reduction of the visual range for the human eye when switching between low beam and high beam. Low beam and high beam headlights from two light sources but with no moving parts: A second reflector supplements the low beam illumination with high beam when the headlights are switched over.
