DOWNLOAD THE JIGSAW MOBILE APP Search for Jigsaw Mobile. V.1.2.000 is Presenter and Attendee ready! Page 3 of 40

LOGIN Select the Gears icon in the top right hand corner of the app. Type in your email address and password. Tap the login button. Once logged in, you can do the following: Edit Account Information Adjust Camera Settings Adjust Sound Setting Logout View Version Number Page 4 of 40

To access any meeting that you have been invited to, tap the Meetings button in the top left hand corner of the Jigsaw Meeting app. Then tap on the meeting name you wish to join. Page 5 of 40

VIRTUAL CLASSROOM MOBILE APP The following assets are not available for Presenters and Attendees using the app. Map Image Gallery (Available via Whiteboard) Noteboard Applications Attachments Once you are logged into the Jigsaw Meeting ipad application, you will notice the application is divided into a left side bar, two main panes, and a right side bar. Page 6 of 40

The left side bar changes based upon who is currently leading the session (Current Presenter). The right side bar displays the list of everyone in the meeting and the chat window. PARTICIPANT WINDOW The participant window lists all the people logged into the meeting. Each person attending has a unique role. Host: This person created the meeting and controls all aspects of the meeting. Presenter: (Green Participant) This person can upload assets to a meeting and may be given control of the meeting while in session. Attendee: This person can attend the meeting and work collaboratively within the meeting. They can talk during a meeting if the meeting was setup to use VoIP. But, they cannot present during the meeting. Gray Microphone: Indicates VoIP with the Push- to- Talk button is currently being used in the session. Gray Microphone/Line: Indicates a microphone that is muted. Black Microphone: Indicates an open microphone. Page 7 of 40

Green Microphone: Indicates the person currently speaking. When using VoIP Push- to- Talk one person speaks at a time. Black Camera: Indicates attendee has been invited to video stream, so the start button is visible. Gray Camera: Indicates web camera has been enabled. This means the user has properly set the Adobe Flash settings to allow. Gray Camera / Line: Indicates the user has not enabled the web camera. This can be due the device not equipped with a web camera or the Adobe Flash settings have not been set to allow. A black chalk indicates the person has access to the Group Whiteboard. A gray chalk means they do not have access. A yellow star indicates who is currently presenting in the session. A session may be handed over to a new presenter by simply clicking on the star by the new presenter s name. A gray star means that person is not the presenter. Page 8 of 40

CHAT OPTIONS Chat To Room: Public Chat To Host: Private Individual: Private Tap in the chat box and the keyboard is activated. Once you are finished typing simply tap on the Send button. To minimize the keyboard, tap on the Done button on keyboard or tap in the chat area where the messages are displayed. Page 9 of 40

RESIZE OPTIONS To minimize right side bar Swipe the right triangle to minimize the right side bar. Page 10 of 40

MAXIMIZE PANE 1 Swiping the down arrow between pane 1 and pane 2 will maximize pane 1. Swipe the up arrow at the bottom of Pane 1 once maximized will take it back to its original size. September 8, 2014 Version 1.2.000 Page 11 of 40

LEFT SIDE BAR The assets displayed in the two panes are controlled with the left side bar tools. And, if the ipad user is the Current Presenter, they will see the Presenter Toolbar vs. the Attendee Toolbar. The images show the two different toolbars: Current Presenter and Attendee. Page 12 of 40

CURRENT PRESENTER CONTROLS Pane 1: Totally controlled by the Current Presenter. From this pane you can video stream, play pre- recorded video or audio files. Note: By default, this button is always selected in gray. Page 13 of 40

VIDEO STREAMING To invite an attendee to video stream, click on the gray camera to the left of the person s name. When the camera turns black, the attendee can start their camera by using the controls in the bottom right corner of Pane 1. Once your video has started you will notice that you have a button to switch cameras if your ipad has a rear camera, camera setup button and a button to stop your video camera. Page 14 of 40

PRE- RECORDED VIDEOS The Current Presenter can play pre- recorded videos in Pane 1 by selecting Video button found in the Presenter toolbar. Then choose the video to play. Place a check to the right of the name of the video if you wish to release it so that attendees can view it independently from within Pane 2 (My Videos). Video Button The video will play in Pane 1. PRE- RECORDED AUDIOS The Current Presenter can play pre- recorded audios in Pane 1 by selecting Audio button found in the Presenter toolbar. Then tap the name of the audio file to be played. Audio Button NOTE: The audio will play from Pane 1 and that area will be blank. Page 16 of 40

PRESENTATIONS Pane 2: Is controlled by each meeting attendee. However, the Current Presenter may display a PowerPoint or document in Pane 2. When the Current Presenter selects the Presentations icon, the PowerPoint and Document icons appear. Page 17 of 40

PowerPoint Files: Select the Presentation and PowerPoint icons and tap the file you wish to show in Pane 2. Place a check to the right of the name of the file if you wish to release it so that attendees can view it independently from within Pane 2 (My Presentations). Page 18 of 40

Documents: Select the Presentation and Document icons and tap the file you wish to show in Pane 2. Place a check to the right of the name of the file if you wish to release it so that attendees can view it independently from within Pane 2 (My Documents). Page 19 of 40

RECORDING (SERVER SIDE) The Current Presenter can record the session via the ipad. This type of recording uses the feature, Server Side Recording. Once the recording is completed it can be accessed and shared by going to My Meetings > Recording Meetings > Share. To record, select the Record icon and enter a name for the recording and tap Save, as seen in the image above. Page 20 of 40

You will immediately see a countdown ticker from 130 seconds and down. Once the recording starts, everyone receives the notification that the Recording in progress. Page 21 of 40

To stop the recording, tap the recording button again and everyone receives the notification, Recording was stopped. And finally, to access and share the recording, go to www.jigsawmeeting.com > Log In > My Meetings > Recorded Meetings > Share. Page 22 of 40

INSTANT POLLS The Current Presenter can send an Instant Poll to everyone in the session by clicking the Instant Poll icon. Then, you will need to type the name of the poll and your question and tap the Next button. Page 23 of 40

The default answers are yes and no, but you can add new answers as needed. Tap the Preview button to view the question and answer choices. Tap the Start button to release the instant poll to all attendees. Page 24 of 40

ROOM CHECK To send a status check, tap the Room Check icon. All meeting attendees will see receive an alert in which they much respond within a designated amount of time. The default response time is 60 seconds but may be adjusted when setting up the session. Page 25 of 40

SURVEYS To release a survey, tap the Survey icon and place check mark next to the survey you wish to release. All meeting attendees will receive the notification New Survey released. And, the Current Presenter can receive audible alerts as each person completes the survey. Page 26 of 40

ON DEMAND AUDIO If the session was set to use VoIP with the Push- To- Talk button, the Current Presenter can change the method of audio via the Settings icon. Mute All But Me: When everyone is muted the Push- To- Talk button disappers. Open Mic For All: When using an open mic, all attendees should wear a headset. Page 27 of 40

CHAT: LOCKING The Current Presenter can lock the main room chat via the Settings icon and Lock Chat. When the chat is locked, individual chats are still available. Page 28 of 40

ATTENDEE CONTROLS This button allows you to view what is in Pane1 if Pane 2 is maximized. The presenter may be video streaming playing a pre- recorded video or audio file. The Current Presenter controls Pane 1. If the Current Presenter invites an attendee to video stream their camera, the Start and Stop button is located in the bottom right corner of Pane 1. Once your camera has started you will notice that you have a Switch button to switch cameras, if your ipad has a rear camera. You will also see the Camera Setup button. Page 29 of 40

PANE 2 The attendee controls what is viewed in Pane 2. When the Current Presenter releases assets, the attendee may view them from Pane 2. These assets include: videos and presentations. Also, they may collaborate on the White Board and complete Surveys from Pane 2. Note: When assets are released, two things happen: 1. The appropriate asset icon appears in the Attendee Toolbar. 2. A notification is sent. Page 30 of 40

LIVE PRESENTATIONS When the Current Presenter is showing a presentation or document live in the session, you can view it by tapping on the Presentation button and the file is visible in Pane 2. Page 31 of 40

RELEASED PRESENTATIONS When the Current Presenter releases a presentation, you will notice the My Presentation icon appears in the Attendee toolbar and a notification is received. Tap the My Presentations icon. Then, choose the presentation you wish to view from the up list and easily move between pages by tapping on the numbers. Page 32 of 40

MY VIDEOS When the Current Presenter releases a video, you will notice the My Videos icon appears in the Attendee toolbar and a notification is received. Tap the My Videos icon. Then, tap on the video you wish to watch in Pane 2. Page 33 of 40

SURVEYS When the Current Presenter releases a survey, you will notice the Survey icon appears in the Attendee toolbar and a notification is received. Tap the Survey icon. Then tap the survey you wish to take. Page 34 of 40

Choose answers and navigate through the survey until you are ready to Submit it.. Page 35 of 40

WHITEBOARD As an ipad Attendee you have access to the collaborative group whiteboard and a personal whiteboard. To access the whiteboard, tap on the Whiteboard icon found in the Attendee toolbar. When the Current Presenter unlocks the Group Whiteboard, you will receive a notification and the editing tools will appear in the bottom left corner of the Group Whiteboard. Page 36 of 40

RESIZING WHITEBOARD To resize the whiteboard you can touch and drag the resize arrow or tap the resize icon in the top right corner. Page 37 of 40

VOIP Communicating Using the Jigsaw Meeting ipad App works the same as the desktop platform. As an Attendee using the ipad app you have the ability to speak using VoIP, public and private text chat and the private feedback to the presenter via the emoticons. If the VoIP talk button is available you may tap on the talk button and speak using the microphone from your ipad. If the VoIp is being used the button changes to a red button. Page 38 of 40

If the VoIP talk button is unavailable you may tap on the icon of the raised hand to notify the presenter that you would like to speak. Emoticons. Use the emoticons to send private feedback to the presenter. Page 39 of 40

EXITING A SESSION To exit the meeting tap on the exit icon in the top left corner of the application. Page 40 of 40
