2 LEARN TO SWIM CONFERENCE 2016 We are happy to welcome swimming teachers, instructors and leaders in swim educating from all around the Europe to LEGOLAND Hotel and Conference in Billund right next to the world known LEGOLAND amusement park. The Danish Swimming Federation, in cooperation with the Nordic Swimming Federation, are hosting the Learn to Swim Conference 2016. SPEAKERS We are pleased to announce some of our speakers at the conference. Our keynote speaker sunday afternoon will be the four times freediving World Champion Stig Åvall Severinsen. In addition to his dedication to sport, Stig Åvall Severinsen has studied and researched in both Danish and foreign universities for several years. He holds a cand. Science in biology from Aarhus University, where he also has a PhD degree in medicine. In addition, he owns the company BlueConsult, but have mostly focused on its online platform Breatheology, which daily helps thousands of people to breathe better, live a healthier life, perform better in sports and business, as well as rehabilitate more effectively for both physical and mental trauma. Discovery Channel named him The Ultimate Super Human, as he held his breath under water for 22 minutes, which is still the current Guinness World Record. You can read more about Stig Åvall Severinsen and your own breathings amazing potential at www.breatheology.com Other interesting speakers will be present at the conference, just to mention a few: Nikolai Baastrup Nordsborg, associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen in Sport science and with a wide background in swimming and in teaching at the Danish Swimming Federation instructor education, Bodil Borg Høj, associate professor at VIA University College EVU, in Aarhus, Denmark. We have negotiated fair prices for all conference participants with hotel LEGOLAND Hotel and Hotel Propellen (located five minutes from the LEGOLAND Hotel and Conference).
