In the afternoon, you will find out how kilts and bagpipes are made at the Scottish Experience. DAY 6: No trip to Scotland would be complete without a visit to Loch Ness! You will visit the official Loch ness Museum at DRUMNACHDROCHIT and learn all about the famous monster,

affectionately known as Nessie. On the way back to Edinburgh, see how whisky is made at GLENTURRET Distillery. DAY 7: Leave Edinburgh at 8.00 am. Arrival in Folkestone at 8.45 pm to take the Shuttle through the Channel Tunnel at 10.00 pm. Arrival in Calais at 11.35 pm, don t forget to put your watches forward one hour! Intonation is the music or movement of your voice The voice can go up (a rise) The voice can go down (a fall) English uses intonation for communication: a different intonation gives a different message In English, we use intonation to express attitude (our feelings) Big voice movements express strong feelings Flat intonation expresses that you are not interested or that your attitude is negative Intonation: French has a flat intonation ----------------------------- English has a descending and ascending intonation: it goes up and down 80% English has a falling intonation 20 % English has a rising intonation Questions have a falling intonation ex: What time is it?
