WELCOME TO LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB Thank you for choosing to visit King Power Stadium. Our visiting Supporters Guide has been designed to help you get the most out of your visit to Leicester and King Power Stadium, home of Leicester City Football Club. We hope that our guide will help you prepare for your trip, however should you require any further information please email help@lcfc.co.uk and our Supporter Liaison and Disability Access Officer will assist you. As with our own home supporters we endeavour to provide an inclusive experience on a matchday for everyone. We acknowledge that many supporters both home and away, travel far and wide to see their club in action. We pride ourselves in offering the same care and attention to detail to our visiting supporters that is afforded to the home fans throughout the season. Leicester City Football Club expects its supporters and all attendees at King Power Stadium to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. The Club will not tolerate racist, violent, threatening, abusive, obscene or provocative behaviour or language and will take the strongest possible action against conduct that falls short of our expectations. Leicester City is committed to creating a passionate, inclusive, welcoming environment in which everyone is free to enjoy the matchday experience. Should you be experience issues with supporter behaviour in your area of the stadium, contact our LCFC Help team through one of the provided methods: For immediate action: SMS: Text 60066 and start your message with the word FOXES Email: help@lcfc.co.uk Tel: 0344 815 5000 (Option 4) We would like to thank you for purchasing your tickets and wish you a safe journey to and from King Power Stadium. 03

HOW TO FIND US We want you to enjoy the King Power Stadium experience, and that starts with how to get here. The main road links of the M1 and M69 motorways provide excellent access from the north and south to the City s already favourable central location. Non-road users can also benefit from the great transport links with Leicester Train Station only a short distance away. Supporters and customers living around the county boundaries and beyond will find getting here relatively hassle-free. By Road - From North & South: There are two different routes into King Power Stadium from the M1 and M69 Motorways - see the map on the following page for full details. By Train: King Power Stadium is a five minute drive or 20 minute walk from Leicester Railway Station, London Road, Leicester, LE2 0QB. www.eastmidlandstrains.co.uk/train-times/ By Bus: Please use the following links to find the most suitable route to King Power Stadium: www.arrivabus.co.uk www.firstgroup.com 04

This will not only limit congestion, but also reduce the carbon footprint of those travelling to matches at King Power Stadium. 05

CYCLE PARKING Leicester City promotes all forms of green travel and therefore encourages supporters to utilise its Cycle Park by cycling to King Power Stadium. We understand that for most visiting supporters the journey to King Power Stadium will be too far to consider cycling but for some who may live local to Leicester, it may offer an attractive alternative to avoiding the traffic, post-final whistle. If you wish to cycle to the Stadium the Cycle Park is located on King Power Stadium car park and cyclists should enter via Car Park B showing their match ticket on entry. There are 20 spaces available and parking is on a first come first served basis. Cycle Parking is free of charge. Please see map for more information. 06
