6 GENERAL TICKETING INFORMATION FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS Benefits As a Season Ticket Holder you will guarantee your seat for all 19 Premier League home matches and enjoy these additional benefits: Priority Purchases Season Ticket Holders will be given a priority purchase period for FA and Capital One Cup matches. Season Ticket Holders will also be given a priority on purchasing away match tickets. U11 Offer Purchase 2 Adult tickets in the Family Stand and you can claim 1 free Under 11 ticket. This offer is reserved strictly to the Family Stand. Discount in Saints Stores All Season Ticket Holders will receive a 10% discount in the St Mary s Stadium and WestQuay stores. Half price Stadium Tours Receive a 50% discount on Stadium Tours with your Season Ticket and follow in the footsteps of the Saints as you visit the baths, dressing room, warm-up room and gather round the tactics board before taking that momentous trip to the tunnel entrance you ll almost hear the deafening roar of the St Mary s faithful! Hospitality Offers Exclusive Matchday Hospitality offers will be available for selected matches during the season, giving Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to upgrade their Season Ticket to hospitality at a preferential rate. J-Saints Membership for U-11 All Under-11 Season Ticket Holders automatically receive free membership to J-Saints offering access to a range of exclusive benefits and once in a lifetime experiences. As well as opportunities to be matchday mascot and appear in official First Team squad photos, J-Saints also enjoy a 10% discount on Saints Holiday football courses and receive regular newsletters filled with competitions and updates. Season Ticket Seat Move Supporters wishing to move their Season Ticket seat must first renew their current seat, then fill out a Transfer Request Form available from the St Mary s Stadium Ticket Office or by ing tickets@saintsfc.co.uk. Transfer requests must be made no later than Friday 30th May Supporters will be asked to indicate a preference, such as a specific seat, block or area of the stadium they would like to move to. From Monday 2nd June we will begin to contact supporters who have requested a transfer to offer them a new seat before Season Tickets go on General Sale. Applications will be dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis; Any unsuccessful requests will be notified in writing. All transfers will be subject to a 10 administration fee for each seat transferred. Season Ticket Payment Plan Southampton have teamed up with V12 Season Ticket Finance, to offer supporters a smart way to purchase their Season Tickets for the 2014/2015 season, via a 10 month payment plan. Once you have completed your application using the online facility and been approved, your account will be activated and your first payment will begin 30 days later. An administration fee applies of 45 paid with your first monthly instalment.
