Role Profile JOB PURPOSE: You will be responsible for the creation and management of a robust and creative digital communications environment for the business which will include the development and management of the corporate website, the development and implementation of digital and mobile marketing strategies and corporate social media planning and outputs. You will also be responsible for the development of interactive regulatory and corporate publications, buzz monitoring and reporting and digital inclusion planning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES COMPETENCIES 1. To be responsible for creating a robust digital communications environment for Your Housing Group relevant to all audiences and stakeholders and in line with the strategic priorities. 2. To manage and further develop all aspects of the corporate website including content creation, design and analytical based trend analysis. 3. To develop corporate digital / mobile marketing and engagement strategies to position the business strongly with its target audiences and stakeholders and to be responsible for their implementation and monitoring. To develop a social media strategy and associated policies & procedures for Your Housing Group. 5. To provide daily management of the corporate social media sites, including content creation, responses and monitoring. 6. To develop and manage brands in the digital space, including the creation of appropriate tones of voice and styles applicable in both commercial and social environments. 7. To conduct regular buzz monitoring to ascertain perceptions of Your Housing Group across digital platforms and use to inform future work. 8. To work closely with the Graphic & Digital Designer to produce digitally-based marketing solutions including e-newsletters, web banners, mobile advertising and social media inputs demonstrating expertise in up to date software and technologies.

9. To provide creative input into campaign planning. 10. To work with appointed agencies to provide specialist expertise and support where appropriate. Follow guidelines or protocols set and manage within budget to ensure value for money can be measured and delivered. 11. To ensure specialist knowledge of the latest developments in print and digital design is kept up to date. 12. To have experience in evaluation and reporting ROI in relation to digital marketing activities. 13. To independently provide advice and deal with queries and/or interpret customer requirements to provide suitable work solutions and to recommend alternative courses of action if unable to assist. 14. To review customer satisfaction, and monitor service objectives and standards within own area of work. Build conclusions into future improvements, in discussion with senior managers, to maximise service quality and efficiency. * In addition to the duties listed here, the post holder is required to perform other duties which are assigned from time to time. However, such other duties will be reasonable in relation to the individual s skills, abilities and grade.

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE A demonstrable track record of building a strong digital presence for a range of businesses, ideally in both the commercial and not for profit sectors. Extensive experience of website development and robust management of corporate websites. Extensive experience of developing engaging content and deploying it creatively in an online environment. A demonstrable track record in developing, implementing and evaluating successful digital / mobile marketing strategies and campaigns. Experience of using PPC, social media advertising and other related tactics to deliver ROI as part of wider marketing campaigns. Extensive experience of successfully building and maintaining social media platforms and personalities and of managing and monitoring outbound and incoming content. Knowledge & experience of using social media/buzz monitoring tools & of reporting analytical and trend analysis to inform future strategies & campaigns. Practical experience of developing interactive and digital-ready publications for use across online platforms. Practical experience of developing training sessions and guidance documents for colleagues with responsibilities in the digital space. Evidence of continued professional development to ensure up to date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies. Ability to work in a pressured environment producing high quality work to tight deadlines and in line with budgets. Knowledge of relevant IT packages, information systems and procedures, ability to adapt/transfer skills to use new technology, development and maintenance of websites, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Professional approach to work and work colleagues and an ability to work independently and show initiative and a can-do attitude. Qualifications: Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) in a web and / or digital marketing specialism. ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION: Context/Environment: Flexible approach to work.
