Invitation Workshop «Get the most out of your sample» - The perfect workflow for your sample University of Bern, Institute of Anatomy, Bern April 20 th -21 st, 2016 Sample: courtesy of S. Traikov, BIOTEC, TU Dresden, Germany
Dear Madam or Sir, Mouse brain tissue, optically cleared with LUMOS and imaged with ZEISS Lightsheet Z.1 Data processing and 3D rendering in arivis Vision4D software. Sample was kindly prepared and provided by Olga Efimova, National Research Center, Kurchatov Institute, Moscow, Russia We invite you to our Workshop «Get the most out of your sample» - The perfect workflow for your sample University of Bern, Institute of Anatomy April 20 th -21 st, 2016 A lot of effort is invested into the preparation of the perfect sample: Often including a lengthy search in determining optimal growth conditions or the ideal staining protocol, i.e labeling, incubation and washing of the sample. Therefore naturally you urge to exploit these valuable preparations by best available systems and solutions for imaging, visualization & quantification and data management & storage. This workshop is aimed to introduce you to our solutions in this idealized imaging pipeline, which in the future may hallmark an alternate route for your own applications! Image your sample with the newest confocal imaging platform LSM 880 with Airyscan the newest confocal laser scanning microscope that offers high sensitivity, improved resolution in x, y and z, high speed and easy setup of complex timer series. All in one system. Downstream not only due to the increasing amounts of data generated in modern microscopy techniques, new concepts for image data handling, processing, storage and management are called for. Here, ACQUIFER`s HIVE provides a high-performance solution for data handling and storage which is easily integrated in your lab. Visualization, image processing and quantification of image data derived from a vast variety of modalities is presented by arivis AG. The desktop software arivis Vision4D provides routine solutions for visualization and quantification of multi-dimensional image data regardless of file size and always at high performance. Together with Imagic the generic, fast and easily accessible path for modern image management is represented by the integrated and joint solution of arivis WebView technology (LDV module) and Imagic Image Management System (IMS). Reserve a slot at the workshop and bring your own sample and/or data to see for yourself how your sample benefits from the new LSM 880 with Airyscan and the outstanding visualization methods from arivis AG. We are looking forward to welcoming you! Your teams from ZEISS Microscopy, arivis AG, ACQUIFER, Imagic Bildverarbeitung AG and Microscopy Imaging Center MIC, University of Bern
