4 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for university graduates with a main focus on logistics who have gathered first work experience in the field of logistics through work or study abroad as well as fluent language skill in English and preferable in German and/or other languages. 7 OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM Our Graduate Program lasts 18 months and includes an international assignment of up to 6 months. The program is generally divided into two parts. The first part consists of 4 assignments over 12 months in the following departments: 3 months Transport 3 months Warehouse 3 months Customer Service 3 months Procurement The second part is an assignment of up to 6 months in our headquarter HAVI Global Logistics GmbH in Duisburg, Germany. There you will contribute in up to three of the following departments (according to your individual career path): In each department you will have defined standard contents of training. You will be integrated into the real business world by working on concrete projects with your team as well as contributing to the day to day activities. You will have the possibility to get to know the key areas, structures and procedures of entire HAVI Logistics and become familiar with our tailor made business model. In doing so you will gain broad knowledge in all logistic related areas and can build up a group-wide network.
