N.B.: The examinations will be have to be confirmed at the sport hall reception desk according to the above mentioned timetable. When confirming you must hand the authorization letter of your federation (if not already sent in advance) and the written test. Confirmation deadline for ALL examinations: SUNDAY 5th June 2016 13.00 PM (by the Sport Hall registration desk). APPLICATIONS FOR SEMINAR AND EXAMS: Applications will have to be made exclusively on line through the English section of CIK's website from May 17 th UNTIL May 31 st. To be valid, all reservations and registrations must be paid in advance (within the above mentioned period) through wire transfer. PLEASE NOTE: You must consider the payment ONLY of the application fee. The registration fee will be due directly on site only in case of success of the examination. Candidates from 3 rd dan up to 5 th dan must provide a written test at the time of examination confirmation (on site, see below).
