Maximum waiting time of the vehicle at the airport is 1 hour and 30 minutes. After this strech of time, no refund will be given, also not for delayed flights. Departure pick up will be at main lobby, ground floor, concierge area. Please be ready about 10 mins prior to pick up time. Price(s) for transfer(s) between the airport and any hotel on Hong Kong Island is inclusive of one way tunnel toll for Cross Harbour Tunnel between Hung Hom in Kowloon & Causeway Bay on Hong Kong Island. Cancellations & modifications of all sorts will be accepted until five (5) working days before the arrival or departure transfer date. In case of a cancellation a fee of HKD 450,- will apply. Refund will be done via the same payment method. Cancellations & modifications of all sorts received less than five (5) working days before the arrival or departure transfer date will be not refunded. Detail Airport Information Shuttle Bus Service - Seat-in Coach Airport Shuttle Service (Arrival/ Departure) - Multiple drop-off points at hotels (Note: not all hotels from our site are included on the Airport Shuttle Bus, please check the list below) - Staff: Driver only Service Hours: For arrival transfers this scheduled service operates every thirty (30) minutes from Hong Kong International Airport to major hotels (Kowloon side from 06: 13AM to 23:45PM / Hong Kong side from 06:30AM to 23: 30PM). The coach will stop at the major hotels as indicated in the airport Shuttle Bus Time table. For departure transfers this scheduled service operates every hour from the pre-booked available hotels to Hong Kong International Airport. Departure transfers are scheduled as per booking. The coach company has an information desk on counter B04 at the Arrival Hall T2 of Hong Kong International airport, with staff ready to bring you directly to the shuttle. For departure shuttle services, please be ready at the main lobby, ground floor, concierge area of the hotel at least 10 mins prior to scheduled pick up time, with the printed confirmation. Show this to the bus driver. Late comers will not be serviced or added and will be considered as a no show. Due to traffic conditions and hotel-specific demands, pick-up waiting time may be extended up to fifteen (15) minutes. Each passenger (except an infant) can check-in a maximum of two (2) pieces of baggage, total dimensions per bag shall not exceed 158 cm (62") - regular size suitcase. These dimensions include wheels, handles and side pockets.
