The bidder should have a minimum ten years of experience in Web designing and application and maintenance services as on 1st January 2016. The bidder must have executed or continuing projects more than a year of minimum five central Govt. /State Govt. of Medical/Educational institutions. Copies of proof for the projects executed to be enclosed with completion certificate from the higher authority contact details for necessary verification. The bidder should have experience on complete online recruitment system with API integration with a minimum of three central/state Govt. projects. The bidder must not have been black listed by any State/Central Govt. organizations. The bidder should have a full-fledged development center in Cuttack or Bhubaneswar. The bidder has to furnish tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (one thousand) in form of DD (Non-Refundable) & EMD in form of DD/Bank Guarantee for Rs-10,000/- (ten thousand) (Refundable to unsuccessful Bidders). Time of completion of Project The work shall be completed in all respects within 10 days from the date of issue of work order with all relevant data as required. 3. Documents to accompany the tender The bidder must submit one self-attested copy of the documents along with the tender document, failing which the tender will be treated as non-responsive and will not be accepted. 4. Pricing should be quoted in INR and quoted pricing must be valid for 180 days from the date of closing of tender. 5. The firm has to produce updated VAT clearance certificate along with tender papers. 6. Responsibility Responsibility of Successful Bidder would be to develop a web based application for recruitment of teaching posts with API integration. The bidder should impart training and orientation session and to maintain, update and provide security to the application developed against cyber-attacks. The Responsibility of the institute is to co-operate Service Provider s work force with proper and timely inputs. Also the successful bidder has to sign an SLA (Service level Agreement) with Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. 7. The tender will be opened on dated: 02-01-2016 at 03.00 pm in the Office of the CCD, Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. Scope of the Application Ravenshaw University intends to develop online recruitment portal which will be hosted in a sub-domain like http://recruitment.revenshawuniversity.ac.in and would like to Page 2 of 6
maintain all security majors to avoid any inconvenience. High-end bandwidth and virtual private server space is highly needed to host the portal, space may be 500GB and bandwidth 2TB. Online payment gateway will be integrated with SSL, Dedicated IP, codeguard for cloud based backup system and sitelock security to avoid malware and similar threats. This system should assist to accept, manage, review, annotate and filter as per the eligibility criteria and shortlist job applications on the Web. Through the Recruitment Application Applicants from various places should able to apply as per the specified format, recruitment committee should able to carry out the scrutiny process and also applicant should get their intimation.
