WHAT ON-SITE PRACTICE LOOKS LIKE Once certified, you could have the opportunity to be paired with an organization that has invested in the Cultivate model, working on-site within the company for a set amount of hours that could range from one to several days per week. If selected, you will not only address common workplace issues like repetitive strain, ergonomics and posture through chiropractic care, you will act as the on-site coordinator for the entire program, working closely with a team of professionals (HR, management, finance, etc.) to drive engagement, improve company culture and ultimately increase its bottom line.
