Phase 3 Preparing For Your Future Now it s time to get serious! Everything you ve done in the program to this point is about setting you up for success. In this phase, you ll get a chance to work as a leader and experience what your life beyond Future Leaders will be like. You ll also commit to a project which you ll own and drive during your six months with the department. What type of project? Absolutely anything that adds business value! We welcome your fresh perspectives and ideas I transformed the look-and-feel of the hotel s back-of-house space with murals and digital displays. It is now a much more cheerful place to work. I was assigned to an F&B outlet which was losing money. I was given the challenge to bring in more business. I designed festive events and promotions which have since turned the outlet around. I rolled out a new manpower management system for the hotel.
