4 A conversation with Dr. James McDonnell As a pediatric dentist, what kind of expectations did you have when it came to working with IDS and how do you feel about those expectations now? interactive environment. They took my initial concept and transformed my ideas into reality. I am so excited every morning knowing that I get to go work in such a wonderful environment, and that the children in my practice are just as excited as I am to be in such a fun and adventurous place. 6 At IDS we have proudly completed over 100 custom themed dental offices and we are now on target to complete another 35 offices this year. Our team of talented designers and artists are constantly dreaming up new and creative offices that are unique to each dentist with whom we work. IDS is committed to providing the very best products and service possible to all of our customers, big and small. It s extremely satisfying for me to talk with clients of IDS and hear the overwhelming response of how happy they are with the products we have provided. Some come to IDS to help market and build their practices quicker, some just want to add some IDS splash to their existing space and some want to finally build their dream office after years of hard work. We value each and every customer and we are very proud and grateful to be involved with their dental practice. It has been a wonderful experience so far and I am excited knowing that this is just the beginning of our journey.
