Every job allocated has fl exible timing; we want to make sure that all SCDP participants have the scope to achieve optimum results. We provide consistent, professional mentoring, setting individual goals and tracking development for each participant throughout their 6-year program. Our mission is urban mobility. Our vision is leadership through customer service. In the SCDP, I found training, opportunities and challenges.
