Japanese Language Course Application Qualifications 1. Applicants must have successfully completed or be scheduled to complete 12 years of compulsory education. 2. Applicants wishing to apply for these courses must be 18 years of age or over. 3. Must be able to legally enter the country of Japan. Application Period 1. Must show annual income to prove sponsors finance resources and amount of taxes paid (For past 3 years). In the case that a sponsor owns their own business, it is required. Interview Applicants are screened with local interviews to confirm the applicant s Japanese language skills, motivation, and financial resources. Payment method and other expenses If a prospective student receives the "residence qualifications authorization certificate" as a result of examination, please pay fees such as the entrance fee and tuition (reference 1).
