Have you ever found yourself confused by water damage restoration contractors? This course will provide you the information you need to remove the confusion. We will cover the science of drying to include the four principles of drying. You ll learn where and when moisture meter reading should be taken. We ll explain the importance of daily monitoring and clearly explain why knowing Grains per pound is more important than relative humidity. You ll learn the formulas and standards used to determine how much equipment is needed to promptly and properly dry structures. Finally you learn what documentation the contractor should provide to you on a daily basis. CE Units will be available for this session.
