Dear ILA Associate, we are pleased to inform you that the antiquarian book fair Libri Antichi e di Pregio a Milano will be held in Milano from 7th to 9th of March 2014. Given the success of the last edition of the fair, for the second time the hamber of ommerce of Milan will support the ALAI in the realization of the exhibition, highlighting the importance of the initiative and strengthening the collaboration between the two institutions, which share the belief that Milan is the best Italian market for the Antiquarian ook Fair and wish to keep alive the tradition of the historic exhibition that has taken place in this city since 1990. The famous Palazzo Mezzanotte, the historical seat of the Milan Stock Exchange, will be hosting the exhibition. The exhibition area will be developed mainly on the ground floor offering the possibility to take advantage of more space and booths on the mezzanine floor overlooking the parterre of the palace. Given the significant presence of antiquarian book dealers during the 10th edition of Artelibro Art ook Festival, we would like to inform you that also in 2014 the registration to " Libri Antichi e di Pregio a Milano" will automatically include the opportunity to participate for free in the exhibition in ologna. Two kind of booths are available, 7.5 square meters or 12.5 square meters. The latter solution can also be used for sharing, between a maximum of two exhibitors, the space. As you will notice consulting the prospectus of the quotations, discounted shares have been reserved for exhibitors who will confirm their participation by 1 st December 2013. We suggest therefore, to confirm as soon as possible your interest in participating, so that you can take advantage of this discounts. Finally we would like to inform you that some booths, which you will find highlighted in the attached map, for their particular position (more or less favorable), present a specific quotation. 1

Exhibitors will have at their disposal a 7.5 sqm booth (3x2,5 sqm) (whether single or shared) with the same rendering as described above but without showcase. The participation in the ologna fair must be confirmed by 28th February 2014. 4
All kind of spaces (standard, first line, last or lateral line) assignment will be made by ALAI oard draw by 21 st February 2014. Registration to the exhibition must be made by filling the online application form which you will find on the site www.noemacongressi.it in the section dedicated to the event. The amount of the booth/s purchasing will have to be paid, after the issue of regular invoice, as follows: First tranche: 50% on registration Final tranche: 50% by 31 st January 2014 Please note that the exhibitors who are insolvent at the beginning of the event will not be allowed to occupy their booths nor receive their materials for the exhibition. Additional information regarding the exhibition spaces set up (exhibitor passes, schedules, permits, etc..), will be given together with the "Regulations for Exhibitors" after the confirmation of registration.
