Exam Preparation Guide 6.0 Course Material and Method of Delivery The course material are fundamentally based on a publication from the Project Management Institute, A Guide the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide) - Fifth Edition, Project Management Institute, Inc., 2013 and industry experience. A face--face approach for course delivery is the preferred methodology. Individual and group assignments will be used for assessment purposes but practical exercises and multiple choice tests will also be used throughout the course. Microsoft project as a project management ol will be key feature of the course development. Practical scenarios will be used in the main for training and assessment purposes. 7.0 Evaluation & Certification Participants will be consistently evaluated. As project management is fundamentally about team work, course grades will be based on individual assessments, but in the main on group assignments, and a micro project simulation. At the end of the course, participants will be awarded either a Certificate of Achievement or a Certificate of Participation. A reward for a Certificate of Achievement suggests that: A participant achieved a grade of 60 % or more on individual and group assignments.
