2 General Information Instructor-Led Training Classes begin promptly at 8:30 am each day. When making travel arrangements, it is generally best to assume that all class days are eight hours. Maximum numbers of seats available is twelve (12). The first 12 students registered will receive confirmation of their placement in that class. Registration for classes will be accepted up to five (5) working days prior to start of the class providing space is available. Cancellation / No Shows: Cancellation notice must be made at least five (5) working days prior to the start of class. A cancellation fee will be charged when a student fails to cancel their registration in this time frame or does not attend the course. The cancellation penalty fee is 50% of the normal course fee. Promotional slots will be forgone if student was a no show or cancellations were not made within five (5) working days prior to the start of the class. Versus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions as required by enrollment or unusual circumstance up to 21 days prior to session and is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience incurred as a result. When attending classroom courses, students are expected to maintain full attendance and must pass a final exam with a minimum score of 75 in order to receive a certificate of completion and recognition as a certified Versus System Integrator. Students failing the final exam at the end of a course will be required to retake the course and achieve a passing exam score in order to receive a certificate. Students may be presented with a short quiz at the beginning of a class to assess any gaps related to requirements or prerequisites. Learn the latest installation, programming and troubleshooting techniques for the Versus Real-time Locating System (RTLS). On-Line Training AutoCAD Utility Webinar Scheduled once per quarter no charge. A two-hour webinar led by our Implementation Specialist that outlines the steps of how to use the AutoCAD Utility to for sensory network layout. Registration is made via invitation from Versus Education Instructor or via the versustech.com website under our Services & Training page. Mandatory for all System Integrators upon successful completion of ST-01. Classroom Training Instructor-Led Training Standard Technical Certification (ST-01) The Versus Standard Technical Certification is a five-day comprehensive training course which provides the student with best practices of a Versus Sensory Network Setup, including Versus Core Software installation and setup. Students will learn the process required to perform a successful walking sensory network setup and receive information on the various applications of Reports Plus Analytics and Versus Visibility Packages. 4 Advanced Technical Certification (AT-01) Versus Advanced Technical Certification is a five-day comprehensive training course providing an in-depth examination of Versus hardware and software solutions. Students will gain valuable hands-on experience with the entire Versus Visibility and Advantages suites of software solutions. This course includes installation, configuration, and management of groups and users with Authentication Manager. In the training environment, students will get a hands-on opportunity to understand the theory, installation, configuration, and management of a real-time locating system (RTLS). Additionally, students will gain experience configuring Microsoft IIS and SQL Server. Versus Advanced Technical Certification incorporates the latest troubleshooting techniques and system maintenance procedures. The course highlights the following areas: Versus Sensory Network (SNA) and review of core software Building a database (SNA Tool) Installation of Versus Advantages Workflow Solutions (ED, OR, Clinic, Bed Management, Hand Hygiene) Hands-on walk thru of an Advanced Environment to deliver a more in-depth understanding of the software structure processes related to: o Building floor plans (Floor Plan Builder Tool) o Building and adding new grids (EV Builder Tool) o Adding and collecting data to new grids o Introduction to Authentication Manager (Authentication Manager Software) o Assisting with the overall understanding of the Versus data string process o Asset Net Tag o Rules Engine Software Proprietary and Confidential 4

5 System Analyst Training (SA-01) System Analyst Training is a 3-day comprehensive course providing an overview of core fundamentals of the Versus Advantages hardware and software solutions. In the training environment, students are provided a hands-on opportunity to understand the automation a real-time locating system (RTLS) provides through different scenarios, including the workflow of a patient visit. The course will also review troubleshooting techniques and ongoing system maintenance procedures that will enhance the facility s ability to be self-sufficient and support the Versus system through Go- Live and beyond. This is a mandatory course for Gold SIs who have installations where Versus Implementation and Services are being provided. Course Objectives Versus Advantages Implementation Sensory Network Overview Advantages Software Implementation Development of Rules for Implementation Enterprise Floor Plan and List Views Project Management and Implementation Certificate Training (PM-01) Project Management and Implementation Certification Training is a 5-day comprehensive training course providing in-depth project management practices and utilization of the Versus Advantages Implementation Manual (AIM). Students will gain valuable hands-on experience to improve their project management processes and institute best practices from the AIM documentation. This course includes guidelines for installation best practices and project management processes from hand-off to actual Go-Live to ensure project completion. In the training environment, students will get a hands-on opportunity to understand the theory, installation, configuration, and management of a real-time locating system (RTLS).
