Sep Emotional Intelligence (1 day) Complete the newly researched EQ-i2.0 assessment and receive valuable take-aways and a toolkit to put your insights into practical, targeted action. Sep Leading Others (1 day) This experiential session will provide you with a framework to examine current best practices around leading, coaching and engaging others, and key insights about how to coach and develop others for success Leadership (2 days) This session enables you to take a strategic look at leadership and assist in the formation of a strategy to get the most out of yourself and those you interact with Process Mapping (2 days) Learn to visualize, document and improve a business process. Get your team focused on producing the right results in less time and at a lower cost Strategic Thinking (1 day) You will leave this session with a clear understanding of what strategy is, how it is constrained, formulated, developed and implemented as well as what that can mean for your organization Innovation Design Thinking (2 days) Leaders today are looking to constantly innovate the way in which they do business to create a competitive advantage.
