1 Human Resources Management System Pay Entry Calendar Important Information The system is unavailable for entry, due to maintenance, during the following times: Monday -, 4:00 AM to 6:30 AM Sunday, 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM Note: Batch processing begins at 6:00 PM each day, and users may experience slower performance during this process. Payroll forms due for that period, as indicated by "Payroll forms", include: W-4, MWR, Direct Deposit, and miscellaneous deduction requests. Note: the I-9 MUST be completed within 3 business days of start date, NOT Payroll forms due date. If the I-9 is not completed timely, the employee will not be paid. The Paysheet Update/Change Request form is used to make changes to paysheets prior to confirming payroll. Paysheet changes are primarily done to prevent overpayments. All requests received by 11 AM on - Payroll confirm day - will be processed. Requests received later than noon will be handled as time allows.
