Road Racing (Motor Vehicle Rally) (No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2014 Article 1 ROAD RACING (MOTOR VEHICLE RALLY) (No. 2) (JERSEY) ORDER 2014 Made Coming into force THE MINISTER FOR TRANSPORT AND TECHNICAL SERVICES, in pursuance of Article 2 of the Motor Vehicle Races (Jersey) Law 1946, and on the application of the Jersey Motor Cycle and Light Car Club, orders as follows 1 Application and interpretation (1) This Order applies subject to the Road Racing (General Provisions) (Jersey) Order 1959 ( the 1959 Order ). (2) For the purposes of this Order and the 1959 Order, the promoters are the Jersey Motor Cycle and Light Car Club. 2 Use of roads for races with motor vehicles For the purpose of races with motor vehicles, the promoters may (a) (b) use the public roads or parts of public roads described in the Schedule (the courses ); and close the courses to traffic, on the dates and between the hours specified in relation to each course.
