3 MAISON DE LA MECANIQUE rue Louis Blanc Courbevoie By walking The Maison de la MÄcanique is located in La DÄfense area in Courbevoie (close to Paris). From Paris, take the subway line metro N.1, in the direction of La DÄfense and get out at Esplanade de La DÄfense station. Then look at the map supplied here after. In front of the GAN Tower, follow signs Les Miroirs, walk across the building, use the footbridge, turn on the left and take the lift to get down in the street Louis Blanc, out of the bridge, turn on the left and walk on about 200 m. The Maison de la MÄcanique is on the left. By car Coming from Pont de Neuilly towards La DÄfense, turn right after crossing the bridge, then second street on your left rue de l'abreuvoir : at the next traffic light turn left rue Louis Blanc. Or Boulevard Circulaire, Exit N.1 (secteur 1) When you reach the roundabout, turn 180Å (U-turn), back to rue Louis Blanc. Parking facilities, free of charge, at 39/41 rue Louis Blanc, 100m ahead. By train From Gare de Lyon Railway station Take express subway RER line A in the direction of Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Change in La DÄfense station and then take subway line N.1, direction ChÅteau de Vincennes (only one available direction) and get out in station Esplanade de La DÄfense. Subway line N.1 is also direct from Gare de Lyon to Esplanade de La DÄfense, but longer in time (around 30 minutes). From Gare Montparnasse Railway station Take subway line N.13 in the direction of Saint-Denis-Basilique. Change in Champs-ElysÄes- ClÄmenceau station and then take subway line N.1 in the direction of La DÄfense and get out in station Esplanade de La DÄfense (around 45 minutes). From Gare du Nord Railway station Take express subway RER line B direction Saint-RÄmy-les-Chevreuse. Change in ChÅtelet station and take subway line N.1 in the direction of La DÄfense and get out in station Esplanade de La DÄfense (around 30 minutes). From Gare de l'est Railway station Take subway line N.4 direction Porte d'orläans with change in ChÅtelet station and take subway line N.1 in the direction of La DÄfense ; get out in station Esplanade de La DÄfense (around 45 minutes).

4 By plane ORLY AIRPORT Air France bus + subway Orly - Montparnasse - Invalides Bus schedules: from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Frequency: every 15 minutes Trip time length: 30 minutes When arrived in Montparnasse take subway line N.13 in the direction of Saint-Denis Basilique. Change in Champs ElysÄes-ClÄmenceau station and take subway line N.1 in the direction of La DÄfense and get out in station Esplanade de La DÄfense. Orly bus + subway Orly Denfert Rochereau Bus schedules: from 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Frequency: from 15 to 20 minutes Trip time length: 25 minutes When arrived in Denfert-Rochereau take subway line N.6 in the direction of Charles De Gaulle Etoile. Change in Charles De Gaulle Etoile station and take subway line N.1 in the direction of La DÄfense and get out in station Esplanade de La DÄfense. ROISSY (CHARLES DE GAULLE) Air France bus + subway Roissy CDG Porte Maillot - Etoile Bus schedules: from 5:45 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Frequency: every 15 minutes Trip time length: 40 minutes (it can be more at rush hour) When arrived in Etoile take subway line N.1 in the direction of La DÄfense and get out in station Esplanade de La DÄfense. Express train RER - Roissy Rail + subway Roissy CDG Paris Train schedules: from 4:56 a.m. to 11:56 p.m. Frequency: from 4 to 15 minutes Trip time length: 35 minutes When arrived in ChÅtelet station, take subway line N.1 in the direction of La DÄfense and get out in station Esplanade de La DÄfense (around 20 minutes).
