All guests must wear a Blaine s Grill & Bar wristband at all times. 5. No outside food or alcoholic drinks are permitted. Also, guests may not leave with alcoholic drinks. 6. Guests who arrive after 8:00PM will have dinner placed in a to-go box. 7. Please allow for traffic and parking when making travel plans, traffic is very congested on this day especially around the time we open the doors for dinner. 8. Blaine s Grill & Bar regular menu will not be available. 9. Any credit cards left at the end of the night for bar tabs will automatically be closed to the credit card, and be available to pick up the next day after 11:30 a.m. 10. Misconduct by any guest will resolve in immediate removal from the restaurant. 11.
