1 THE ORSINI AMENITY GUIDELINES & INFORMATION BUSINESS CENTER ORSINI I & II (Computer / Fax / Copy) All business centers are complimentary to all the residents of The Orsini. Resident s key will not provide access. In order to gain access all residents must bring a valid photo ID and an apartment key to the courtesy desk located at Orsini II (550 N. Figueroa) and sign-in. Residents will be required to leave their apartment key at the courtesy desk. Maximum of 2-hours is allowed for each resident. Orsini I residents can request access from the Resident Services Office during business hours. After hours, all residents must check in at the courtesy desk located at 550 N. Figueroa in order to gain access. facility LIBRARY ORSINI I & II The libraries are complimentary to all the residents of The Orsini. Resident s keys will allow access. Complementary Wi-Fi is also available. Library Rules: Please enter the library in a quiet and respectful manner. Smoking, chewing, and other tobacco use are prohibited. Food and drinks, including water, are not permitted in the library. Respect everyone's right to use the library. Keep the noise level to a minimum. Cell phones and other communication devices are not permitted. All cell phone ringers must be turned off. facility BOARD ROOM ORSINI I & II All Board rooms are complimentary to all the residents of The Orsini. Resident s key will not provide access to the Board Rooms. In order to gain access all residents must bring a valid photo ID and an

A reservation must be made 24-hours in advance at the courtesy desk. Maximum of 2-hours is allowed for each resident. Orsini I residents can request access from the Resident Services Office during business hours. After hours, all residents must check in at the courtesy desk located at 550 N. Figueroa in order to gain access FITNESS CENTER ORSINI I & II All fitness centers are available and accessible to all residents. Yoga classes are also offered please check the events calendar on Orsini Live for the schedule. Resident assigned apartment key will allow you access to the fitness center. TANNING BED / MASSAGE ROOM ORSINI I & II All tanning beds / massage rooms are complimentary to all the residents of The Orsini. Resident s key will not provide access. Residents will be required to leave their apartment key at the courtesy desk. Orsini I resident s can request access from the Resident Services Office during business hours. Figueroa in order to gain access SWIMMING POOLS & SPA ORSINI I, II and III OPEN: 8:00AM-10:00PM 7 DAYS A WEEK Resident s apartment key will provide access to the pool area.

3 Strictly NO FOOD, NO DRINKS, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR GLASS are allowed in the pool and spa. Violators will be removed and will not have future access to the Residents and guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a resident (21 or over) at all times. No lifeguard is on duty. Residents are allowed only 2 guests per apartment. Private parties are not allowed. SPORTS COURT OPEN: 8:00AM-11:00PM 7 Day a week The Regulation Size Indoor Basketball Court is complimentary for all residents of The Orsini. Basketballs are not provided by Management. Court time is on first come first serve basis and there is a Max. occupancy of 30 people. Residents are allowed to bring a Max. of 2 guests per apartment, and can use the court for a maximum of 2-hours. Residents must bring their valid photo ID and apartment key to the courtesy desk located at Orsini II (550 N. Figueroa) sign-in together with all guests before being allowed access to the sports court. Residents will be required to leave their apartment key at the courtesy desk and a wristband will be issued to everyone using the sports court. Residents must wear the wristband at all times. Upon completion the wristbands issued must be returned to the courtesy desk in order to receive the apartment keys back. FOOD AND DRINKS: Absolutely no food is allowed inside the sports court. The only drinks allowed are bottled water and sports drinks. Please dispose of containers in the trash receptacles provided. ACCESS: All doors and exit doors must be kept closed at all times. Anyone not wearing a wrist band or any unauthorized guests not on the guest list will be asked to leave the premises. Residents must not allow anyone access to the sports court, all residents and guests must check in at the courtesy desk prior to entering the court. Residents who violate any of these policies will be removed from the court and will not have future access to the Note: These policies and schedules are subject to review and can be changed by Management at any time. BRUNSWICK VIRTUAL BOWLING & FULL-SWING VIRTUAL GOLF OPEN: 10:00AM-8:00PM 7 Day a week

4 The virtual bowling and golf are for the use of Residents and guests. Every resident on the lease will be provided a complimentary one time use of the virtual bowling or golf depending on preference upon move in. Resident can bring up to 2 guests and can use one bowling lane or one golf room only for a maximum of 2-hours. Residents must check in at the resident services office to be allowed access. A valid ID must be presented to the Resident Services Office upon request of use of the bowling/golf area. Virtual Bowling Fee: $5.00 per game per person Virtual Golf Fee: $25.00 Monday thru Friday per 18 hole $45.00 Saturday and Sunday per 18 hole Note: No private reservations will be allowed for the virtual bowling SCREENING ROOM Open for scheduled calendar events Private functions (reservation only) The Orsini Screening Room (theater) offers 29 seats. Weekly Screenings are available for the enjoyment of our residents. A schedule can be found on the Orsini Live website events calendar. Private Reservation Details: Maximum of 3-hours between 10:00AM-10:00PM 7 days a week. Max. occupancy 29. Parking will not be provided to guests. Fee: $ plus a $ security deposit for cleaning/damages will be required. KARAOKE LOUNGE Open for scheduled calendar events

5 Private functions (reservation only) The Karaoke Lounge is available to all residents for private functions. For scheduled events please log on the Orsini Live website and check the events calendar. A reservation must be made 72-hours in advance at the Resident Services Office. Max. occupancy 49. Resident will be held responsible for securing the facility and all damages created shall be charged towards to the security deposit. All resident and guest names must be declared upon reservation. Residents and guests under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a resident (21 or over) at all times. All food or beverage must be authorized and approved by Management. The facility must be cleaned up and trash must be disposed after use of the facility, otherwise, a trash disposal fee will be charged. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Karaoke Lounge and violators will be removed and will not have future access to the Private Reservation Details: Available 10:00AM to 12:00 midnight 7 days a week. Maximum guest are 49. Parking will not be provided to guests. All food and drinks must be authorized and approved by management. Fee: $ every 2 hours plus a $ security deposit for cleaning/damages will be required. PRIVATE LOUNGE ORSINI I (505 N. Figueroa) OPEN: 8:00AM-7:00PM 7 DAYS (Except for private functions) The lounge is available to all residents. The kitchen is not available to use except for private reservations. For reservations, please contact the resident Services Office. Private Reservation Details: A reservation is allowed for a maximum of 4-hours and until midnight. Maximum guests are 30. Management can provide 2 round tables and 20 chairs upon request. Parking will not be provided to guests. Fee: $ plus a $ security deposit for cleaning/damages will be required. Full kitchen appliances can be utilized with the agreement that all shall be cleaned and should be returned to Management in the same manner as delivered. GUEST SUITES ORSINI I, II & III AVAILABILITY BASED ON CONFIRMED RESERVATION Check-in 3:00PM / Check-out 11:00AM

6 Guests Suites are fully furnished and equipped with cable television. Complete kitchen appliances including pots, pans and linens. The guest suites are available for residents and resident guests. Parking is also included. Fee: Reservations for more than 7-days will be charged at the weekday rate 1Bedroom - $125.00/weekdays $150.00/weekends $875.00/week $ /15days 2Bedroom - $150.00/weekdays $ weekends $ /week $ /15days Monthly rates are also available. For reservations please contact the Resident Services Office for details during office business hours. These policies and schedules are subject to review and can be changed by Management at any time.
