The administrator is required to complete the Account Setup Form below. Once completed, all conferencing users will then be registered and provisioned. Email Change of Provider While moderators are being registered the following Change of Provider email will be sent to the administrator. The idea is for this email to be sent internally to all conferencing users. As well as introducing Redback internally this email also: Defines the cutoff date Outlines the next steps and expectations Ensures a smooth transition process Staff / Moderators, We have chosen a new supplier, Redback Conferencing for our Audio and Web Conferencing. Redback provides a superior service which will better meet our needs, provides additional features we require and deliver free web conferencing with our teleconferences. You will be receiving the following very shortly to help you get started. An email with your individual user information (each user has a unique Moderator and Participant Pass Code enabling you to host telephone and web conferences). Keep this somewhere safe.
