The Implementation Plan below outlines the transition process between your company and Redback. The aim is to establish Redback as your preferred conferencing provider whilst ensuring a seamless migration. The administrator is required to complete the Account Setup Form below. Once completed, all conferencing users will then be registered and provisioned. Organisation Details Organisation Name: Organisation Address: Industry Type: Industry Vertical: Administrator Details An administrator is the person who has the authority to see the usage details of all the moderators, possibly check and approve the invoice accuracy and can even add, edit or delete moderators. Email Change of Provider While moderators are being registered the following Change of Provider email will be sent to the administrator. The idea is for this email to be sent internally to all conferencing users. As well as introducing Redback internally this email also: Defines the cutoff date Outlines the next steps and expectations Ensures a smooth transition process Staff / Moderators, We have chosen a new supplier, Redback Conferencing for our Audio and Web Conferencing. Redback provides a superior service which will better meet our needs, provides additional features we require and deliver free web conferencing with our teleconferences. You will be receiving the following very shortly to help you get started. An email with your individual user information (each user has a unique Moderator and Participant Pass Code enabling you to host telephone and web conferences). Keep this somewhere safe. A plastic conferencing wallet card with your individual user information Information regarding online tutorials, online support resources, Redback Support contact information A phone call from Redback Conferencing to assist Several how to emails to help get you started The online training sessions are complimentary training tutorials please take time to participate in these sessions to familiarise yourself with the new telephone and web conferencing services. Our existing teleconferencing service will be disabled on XX/XX/XXX. Please ensure all new teleconferences are scheduled with your new codes once they are received. All Teleconferencing and Web Conferencing services are ready for your organisation's immediate use.
