He readily answered questions and explained information with clarity. Justin was an approachable, helpful instructor. Spring 2008 Justin Shepherd is very understanding, helps to stimulate class activity and did a brilliant job. Spring 2008 Justin Shepherd did an excellent job and was very effective in his teaching style. He was very organized and professional. I was very impressed with his availability and eagerness to help. Grading was appropriate and material was easily understandable. Overall, this was an excellent class. Spring 2008 I liked my TA, he explained things clearly and if it weren t for my breakout I would have a worse grade. Fall 2007 Justin Shepherd is an excellent TA. He is very knowledgeable about all the areas of Political Science. He stimulates our interest and always prepares us well for exams by making sure we understand everything. He also relates political science to other areas of the world. Fall 2006 Justin Shepherd has been a phenomenal instructor. He is always prepared and enthusiastic about the subject/teach the class. He is very dedicated to his job and it clearly shows in the approval satisfaction of his students. Fall 2006 I really enjoyed this class. Justin did a wonderful job of keeping us engaged in the material and clarifying when we didn t understand something. He s very approachable and easy to get in contact with. The activities we did were interesting, applicable, and fun. Fall 2006 I feel like I have learned more in this class this semester than any other political science class I have ever taken. He is very clear in instruction and provides great feedback on assignments. Fall 2011 Justin really helped me understand the content and process taught in the class. He was available at all hours and on the weekends to answer my questions. He answered questions patiently and completely and offered good feedback. This class would have been exponentially more difficult without his help. Fall 2011 He really helped me get through difficult topics with patience. He s very good at explaining things that are complicated and willing to help at almost any time. Also, a fair grader. Spring 2012
