2 Experience Service Learning Project 2014 Winston Salem State University, Winston Salem, Promotion of services offered by the Student Health Center on WSSU s Campus. The event provided students with information about the resources and services available to students. Additionally, upon completion of the project, the class provided information regarding marketing, developed a health center utilization survey, recommend strategies to improve student utilization, and suggested the needs of students to be met by the Student Health Center. Primary Program Evaluator 2010 Orange Blossom Family Health Center, Orlando, FL. Provided assistance with the development of behavioral health departmental policies and procedures. Constructed a needs assessment, developed a client satisfaction survey (based upon services and needs assessment), and reviewed various policies and documents within the department. Program Evaluator 2010 Criminal Justice Institute at Valencia Community College, Orlando, FL. Assessed the effectiveness of their orientation program in hopes of establishing the causes for the high attrition rate (30%) among their law enforcement recruits by providing performance measurements, casual factors, and assessment tools. Program Evaluator 2010 Victim Services,, Orlando, FL. Performed an evaluation of materials, conducted focus groups within the student body to assess student perceptions and understanding of the program. Provided recommendations to increase the effectiveness of the program s function. Graduate Research Assistant 2007 Orlando Housing Authority, Orlando, FL. Created a survey for the Orlando Housing Authority residents to measure satisfaction, homeownership education, and program attendance within the organization. Surveyed Orlando Housing Authority residents using a Computer Automated Telephone Interviewing system to analyze data of residents and their participation within the programs offered by Orlando Housing Authority.
