OUR MISSION The Plant Cafe Organic grew out of a desire to make it easy and affordable to eat delicious healthy local organic food. Our mission is to promote the wellbeing of people and planet, and provide an avenue to support healthy choices and sustainable practices. The Plant uses all organic ingredients and works with local merchants. Purchased daily, we use the finest quality organic produce, free-range poultry, sustainable seafood and breads from the Bay Area. We work with a large number of small organic farms to take advantage of the great variety of seasonal produce Northern California has to offer. Almost everything served is made from scratch in our kitchens to ensure freshness and quality. Our 100% organic bakery makes everything from scratch and uses hormone free, pasture-raised organic dairy. CATERING SERVICES We are proud to offer healthy and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner catering services for your next event. Whether it s formal, informal, a small business lunch or a special event, we strive to provide the best food and service options to suit any occasion. Our catering team is experienced in crafting menus for specific dietary needs. Our menu lists vegan and gluten free options. If you would like to know what is nut-free, soy-free, paleo, or safe for any allergy in your group, please call or email for a tailored list of options. We are not a nut free or gluten free facility. We are committed to providing healthy options, feel free to email us for nutritional information for our catering menu items. Serving utensils, tongs and labels for each platter are included. Platters come on table-ready, black recyclable trays. Our entrees come in oven-safe aluminum platters. Upon request, we will provide compostable napkins, utensils, and plates for no additional charge. PLACING YOUR ORDER Orders must be placed two (2) days in advance by 4:00pm. We suggest placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred delivery time. If you need catering last minute, please call us and we will do our best to fill your order. We are available Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. Credit card information is required upon placement of order. To place your order, please call our catering department at (415) 923-8562 ext. 205 or email your order to catering@theplantcafe.com. DELIVERY Catering deliveries are available Monday-Friday from 8am- 5:30pm We will drop off and set up your order. Our order minimums are for food and beverage, not including tax and delivery fee. If you are located in San Francisco Financial District and your order is under the $200 minimum, please inquire for bicycle courier delivery options. San Francisco... $20 delivery fee, $200 minimum North Bay... delivery fee quoted upon order, $200 minimum Daly City to San Mateo... $30 delivery fee, $300 minimum South Bay... $40 delivery fee, $400 minimum (11am-3pm) (Extra large orders may require increased delivery fee.)
