Navigate. Activate the main navigation toolbar. The navigation toolbar. Access the tabs and tools of the navigation toolbar to navigate through the Fuze Meeting application (fig. 7) navigation toolbar Within the navigation toolbar lies the tabs and contextual links that allow you to access the various areas within the application: -Meetings -Content -Contacts -Preferences -FAQ -Feedback -Help -My Account -Logout -Record/Stop Recording -Add Content -End Meeting fig. 7 Hover to reveal the navigation toolbar During a meeting, the navigation toolbar will scroll up and auto-hide. Start a call. Get everyone in the meeting on the phone. Start a call. Invited attendees to a meeting will receive an email invitation with conference call instructions As attendees join the meeting, they will appear in the Call Attendees panel (fig. 9) If attendees do not appear in the Call Attendees panel, access the Audio Conference Info dialog box by selecting Call Info located in the upper right corner of the Call Attendees panel. Select the Fuze In button to connect them to the meeting (fig. 9) fig. 9 During the meeting, the host has the ability to moderate the call without interrupting the speaker. Present your ideas. Upload and share content in the meeting. Get everyone on the same page. Select the Add Content button to add content such as graphic or video files (fig. 12) Added content will appear along the content tool bar. Let others help. Give more control to the attendees in the meeting. Let others help. By default, attendees of your meeting can only view the content and join the conference call. But you can assign different roles to attendees allowing them to participate in different ways: Hover over an attendee s name in the Web Attendee s panel to change an attendee s role allowing them to annotate or become a presenter (fig. 19) fig. 19 Roles (fig. 20) Host: The host controls and moderates a meeting, giving them the ability to add, annotate and control content as well as delegate different levels of control to the attendees in a meeting Presenter: A presenter can control and moderate a meeting. Similar to the host, a presenter has the ability to add, annotate and control content. (Plus or Pro Package only) Recording will allow the capture of both the audio as well as the visual portions of a meeting (however, audio when desktop sharing and the audio and visual of video conferencing will not be recorded) Hover over the top blue bar to access the main navigation tool bar. Multi-party HD video conferencing (Pro Package only) To initialize the multi-video HD video conference, select the Start Video Conf button You may also select the arrow located at the bottom right corner of the interface to slide open the Video Conference panel. Multi-party HD video conferencing (Pro Package only) Once video conferencing has started, a video feed will appear within the video conferencing panel A green On Air indicator will appear at the bottom of the video conferencing panel, as well as icons for options and controls of the video feed (fig. 27) Camera Preferences: Select the gear icon located at the bottom left of the video conference panel to access the video camera preferences Play/Pause: Select the play or pause icons to temporarily start and stop the camera feedback End Video Conference: Select the Stop Video Conference icon to end the video conference. This will not end the meeting or the audio/call.
