1. iwatch Wharf T&T iwatch service is a mobile application which enables customers to monitor network utilisation and receive alerts via your mobile devices. Please follow steps below to activate the iwatch service. Please note that the iwatch service is only available with Internet connection. 1.1 Application download and login 1. Download the application iwatch from App Store/ Google Play 2. iwatch icon will be displayed on your mobile devices upon successful download. 3. Click iwatch icon to launch the application 4. Input your iwatch username and password to log in iwatch. (Note: iwatch username and password are shown on Wharf T&T iwatch Service Activation Notification which has been sent to you by email or mail upon successful application.) 3
2. imonitor imonitor provides real time network utilisation reports via a web-based network monitoring interface to monitor your network performance. The report data is updated every 5 minutes with hourly, daily, weekly and monthly performance reports available. 2.1 imonitor Setup Procedures (First time user) 1. Upon successful login iwatch, please input your imonitor username and password on the Setting page. (Note: imonitor username and password are shown on Wharf T&T imonitor Service Activation Notification which has been sent to you by email or mail upon successful application) 2. Press Save 3. Login Succeeded message will be prompted when you successfully log in your imonitor account 4
4. Select a circuit under your circuit list 5. Hourly circuit utilisation report will be displayed 5
6. Select Daily from the screen, it will show the daily utilization report 7. Select Back, you will back to the circuit list under imonitor. 2.2 imonitor (Non First time user) 1. Your account information is stored in your mobile device upon successful imonitor account setup. 2. When you launch iwatch again, you will log in your iwatch account automatically and go direct to the main menu 3. Click the imonitor icon to obtain your network utilization report 6
3. ialert ialert provides a proactive end-to-end managed network service for data services with Wharf T&T s bundled routers by pushing circuit notification to your mobile device. 3.1 ialert set up procedure (First time user) 1. Login iwatch 2. Enter ialert information on Settings page to set up your ialert account imonitor setup ialert setup 7
3. Enter your circuit number(s). If necessary, you can also input the line label for easy reference. (Note: Your circuit number(s) is/ are shown on Wharf T&T ialert Service Activation Notification which has been sent to you upon successful application.) 4. Press Add new line for adding new circuit to the record Field for input ialert Number Field for input circuit number Field for input label (optional) 5. ialert History page will be shown after a new line is added. The setup of your ialert account is completed. 6. If you want to modify your account information, press Remove Line and go back to Settings page and repeat the setup procedures. Remove the line to modify the information 8
3.2 ialert Notification 1. When a circuit problem is detected, ialert will push a notification to your mobile device. 2. The message format : line number + line label + The device is down or The device is up 3. Press View to see the detailed alert information 4. If customer press Close or ignore the message, our system will continuously push a notification to your mobile device every 15 minutes within the next 45 minutes (maximum 3 notifications) or till customer press View to acknowledge the notification. 9
3.3 ialert Notification - Disable 1. If you do not want to receive any ialert notification, you can turn off the notification in ialert Settings page. 2. Please note that once you turned off the notification, ialert will not push any notification to your mobile device. Notification default is On, customer can turn Off O ---- END ---- 10
