In the early 1990s, he developed the "RT Multimedia Digital White-broad System" in the laboratory at the University of Wales. At the beginning of this Century,while living in Singapore, Dr.Zhao led the development of the world's first Chinese 64-bit Linux operating system. With a strong technical background and extensive experience in business management, he was granted an audience and encouraged respectively by General Secretary of the CPC, Hu Jintao, and British Speaker Peter Hain.
