Mobile Online Banking Web User Guide Enrolling Through Traditional Online Banking Step 1: Log into your Eastern Michigan Bank online banking account using the login form on www.easternmichiganbank.com. Step 2: Select Options > Mobile Settings > Mobile Web Banking Step 3: Complete the fields and click Submit. a) Choose whether to receive enrollment, transfer, and payment confirmations via text message. **NOTE Even though the option is displayed on your screen, text confirmations are not available at this time** If No is selected for Receive Text Message Alerts, a text message for confirmation of enrollment, transfers, bill payments, ACH initiation, or wire transfers will not be sent. b) Enter your mobile device number. c) Select the wireless provider for the phone number entered. If you are unsure who your service provider is: Call the customer service number for your device and ask. Send a text message from your phone to your email address and view the From field on that email. d) Select accounts you want to access via your mobile device. At initial enrollment, the first account is checked. 2

Step 4: Review enrollment information. Check I accept these full terms and conditions. Click Confirm. Step 5: A confirmation message displays. 3

Enrolling Using Your Mobile Device You can enroll for mobile online banking using your mobile device, if: You have previously logged into your Eastern Michigan Bank s online banking account successfully You have an Eastern Michigan Bank Online Banking ID in an Active status You are not in the middle of a password reset You are not being required to agree to a revised Online Agreement You are not being recollected for multi-factor authentication Step 1: To enroll using your mobile device, you must first download one of our mobile banking apps from either the App Store (for ios devices) or Google Play (for Android devices) or navigate to Eastern Michigan Bank s mobile online banking site located at https://www.airteller.com/easternmichiganbank. Step 2: From the login screen of either the mobile banking site or your app, log in using your existing Eastern Michigan Bank Online Banking ID and Password. 4

Step 3: Accept terms and conditions by clicking checkbox next to I Agree. Click Continue to continue. Step 4: Complete the fields and click Enroll Now. a) Choose whether to receive enrollment, transfer, and payment confirmations via text message. **NOTE Even though the option is displayed on your screen, text confirmations are not available at this time** b) Enter mobile device number for text confirmations. c) Select the wireless provider for the phone number. 5

ALL your Eastern Michigan Bank online banking accounts will be enrolled. Log into your traditional online banking account (using the Bank s website) to deselect accounts, unenroll, or make changes to your enrollment text preferences. After a successful enrollment, you will be directed to the Menu or Accounts screen. You may see one of the following error messages if enrollment was not successful. Pwd Expired: Log in to your traditional online banking account using the Bank s website to establish a new password. Account Not Active: You must enroll for mobile online banking through the Bank s website. Please enter a valid Phone Number: Enter a complete phone number. Please select a Wireless Provider: Select a wireless provider from the drop down menu. 6

Login Screen Locations Locations are available from the login screen and from the main menu once logged in. Click Show All Locations or Display All Locations to see a listing of all branches and ATMs. Search for locations by Zip Code, Search By City, Search by State, or Show All Locations. Selecting Locations options within the App logs you out of App and redirects you to your device s native map functionality. 7

Mobile Browser View Log in to Mobile Online Banking Step 1: Navigate to https://www.airteller.com/easternmichiganbank. Step 2: Enter your existing Eastern Michigan Bank Online Banking ID and Password. Step 3: Click Login. Navigating Available activities can be accessed using the menu icon. 8

When viewing transactions or doing transfers and bill pay, swipe the screen up and down to access more accounts or payees. Alerts Step 1: Select Alert(s) in the menu. 9

Step 2: Select the alert name for more details. 10

Transactions Step 1: Select Accounts in the menu. Step 2: Select the account by clicking anywhere on its name. Scroll through the transactions by swiping up or down. Transaction display results are determined by your user display settings within your traditional online banking account (located under the Options tab). If you wish to make changes, please login into your account from the Bank s website. 11

Transfers One-time, immediate transfers can be made using mobile online banking. Step 1: Select Transfer in the menu. Step 2: Select the account to transfer From and the account to transfer To. Fill in the dollar amount and press Submit. 12

Bill Pay One-time payments can be made through Mobile Browser. The payment date is immediate (unless entered on a non-processing day.) The payment processes at the next bill pay processing time. If you are not currently enrolled in Bill Pay, you can request that it be added to your online banking account by logging into your account using the login form on www.easternmichiganbank.com and submitting a Contact Us request. Step 1: Select Bill Pay in the menu. Step 2: Select payee and the account from which to pay. Fill in the dollar amount and press Submit Payment. (Note: Payees must be added using traditional online banking.) 13

iphone & Android App View Logging into Mobile Online Banking Step 1: Open the Eastern Michigan Bank mobile online banking app you have downloaded from either the App Store or Google Play. Step 2: Select Login button. Step 3: Enter your existing Eastern Michigan Bank Online Banking ID and Password. Navigating Access available actions by tapping icons on the screen. 14

When viewing an account or activity list, swipe the screen up and down to access complete list. Alerts Step 1: Touch the Alerts icon on the home screen. 15

Step 2: Select the alert name for more details. Transactions Step 1: Navigate to the Accounts menu by selecting the My Accounts icon. 16

Step 2: Select the account by clicking anywhere on the name, balance, or >. Scroll through the transactions by swiping up or down. Transaction display results are determined by your user display settings within your traditional online banking account (located under the Options tab). If you wish to make changes, please login into your account from the Bank s website. 17

Transfers One-time, immediate transfers, and future-dated transfers are available with iphone and Android Apps version 3.0 and above. Step 1: Select the Transfer icon from the home screen. Step 2: Select the account to transfer From and the account to transfer To. Fill in the dollar amount, select a transfer date, and press Submit. 18

Bill Pay One-time and future-dated payments can be made with iphone and Android Apps version 3.0 and above. If you are not currently enrolled in Bill Pay, you can request that it be added to your online banking account by logging into your account using the login form on www.easternmichiganbank.com and submitting a Contact Us request. Step 1: Select the Pay Bills icon from the home screen. Step 2: Select the account from which to pay. Select the payee. Fill in the dollar amount, select the payment date, and press Submit. Immediate payments process at the next bill pay processing time. 19

Frequently Asked Questions Mobile Web Q. What type of phone must I have to use mobile online banking? A. Eastern Michigan Bank s mobile online banking solution is phone device agnostic. It works with any web-enabled mobile phone device whose network allows secure SSL traffic. Q. What functions can I perform from my mobile device? A. You can: View transaction history View account balances Transfer funds between accounts Pay bills to existing payees View locations/atms View alerts Q. What if I no longer want to be a mobile user? A. Log in to your traditional online banking account using the Bank s website and select Options > Mobile Settings. Deselect Activate Mobile Online Banking Access and click Agree. Q. What happens if I lose my mobile device? A. Your account data is not stored on your mobile device so your information cannot be stolen. When you replace your device, simply edit your Mobile Settings in your traditional online banking account, making any necessary changes to the Wireless Provider and/or Phone Number. Q. Why can t I add a new Bill Payment payee? A. Bill Payment functionality is limited to sending payments to already established payees. To add a new payee, log into your traditional online banking account using the Bank s website, then select Bill Payment and Add a New Payee. You will then be able to submit payments to that payee via your mobile device. Q. What do I need to do if I get a new phone? A. If you simply get a new phone but keep the same phone number and provider, no changes on your part are necessary. If you switch providers and/or phone numbers, log in to Your traditional online banking account and update your information on the Options > Mobile Settings page. 20

Q. Can I use any mobile device to access my accounts? A. Yes. You can access your accounts via any mobile device that is web-enabled and allows secure SSL traffic. Q. How do I delete a bill payment that I set up through my mobile device? A. You must log into your traditional online banking account using the Bank s website and delete the payment from the main menu of the Bill Pay module. Q. When I try to enter an amount for a bill payment or transfer, I can t enter any numbers, only letters. Why? A. Check your phone s settings to make sure you don t have alpha-only enabled on the keypad. Q. What if I can t get my mobile device to work with the Bank s Mobile Online Banking? A. To use our mobile online banking, your phone must meet the following minimum requirements: 1. Your mobile device must be web enabled. 2. Your mobile network must allow secure SSL traffic. You may need to contact your mobile provider to determine this. 21
