Definition 1. HKU shall mean The University of Hong Kong. 2. Society shall mean the Mathematics Society, SS, HKUSU. 3. Department shall mean the Department of Mathematics, The University of Hong Kong. 4. Executive Committee shall mean the Executive Committee of the Society, Session 2010-2011. 5. Members shall mean all members of the Society. 6. Freshmen shall mean all year one members of the Society of academic year 2011-2012. 7. Science Society shall mean the Science Society, HKUSU. 8. PIC shall mean the person in charge of the activity. 9. VPIC shall mean the vice-person in charge of the activity. 10.
