Each Line represents a single call path. There does not need to be a 1:1 ratio of lines to users. Over-subscription should be utilized for added cost savings. The number and type of Standard and Unified Communication Seats to equal the quantity of phones for all stations throughout the location Lastly, a customer may select Add-On items such as Auto Attendant, Receptionist Consoles, Toll Free lines, etc. 8
