It is their job to lead your company to a smooth, well planned implementation of your new Voxox service. You will need to identify a point person from your organization to be the primary interface with the project manager. It is also the point person s responsibility to fill out a Customer Information Form, detailing specific requirements for call flow, extensions, auto attendants and more. Your Voxox project manager will work with your point person throughout the provisioning process, including turn-up and training. Professional installation is available for an additional cost, however with the simplicity of the hosted PBX installation process, many customers choose to do our easy assisted self installation which is free of charge. 4
