WEEKEND WARRIORS PROGRAM TERM 4 Children aged between 6 and 13 years. Program Aim: To provide children with the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities based on individual interests, where children can have fun, interact with other people, develop and maintain daily living life skills and actively participate within the community. Age Group: 6 to 13 years. Transport: Participants can be dropped off and picked up from Cloverdale Community We do have limited capacity to pick up and drop off participants from home. (Please discuss with us to see if this can be arranged). Cost: Life Without Limits Advanced Support Group covers all activity fees. Eligibility Criteria: To access this program people must be a participant of the NDIS and live in the Geelong region. Sunday 29 th November 8am to 2pm Let s visit Supatramp and have Tullamarine, Melbourne. Saturday 5th December 8am to 2pm Creative Chef Let s make our own spaghetti Bolognese and Garlic Bread. Sunday 6 th December 8am to 2pm Let s go Bowling! Werribee. Saturday 12 th December 8am to 2pm Art Creations Let s make our own Christmas Cards for mum, dad and other special people in our lives. Sunday 13 th December 8am to 2pm Christmas Musical Chairs Let s get moving to some of our favourite Christmas songs! Saturday 19 th December 8am to 2pm Life Without Limits Christmas Party. Singing and dancing to Christmas songs, eating Christmas food and a visit from Santa Claus! Sunday 20 th December 8am to 2pm Life Without Limits Christmas Party. Singing and dancing to Christmas songs, eating Christmas food and a visit from Santa Claus! Please note: The activity listed above only indicates the main activity for the day. Outside of this activity there are other Individual Options available which participants can choose to participate in on the day based on their individual interests. Some examples include: art and craft, in house movies, board games, videogames, spelling and math sheets, sports, music and computers. Activities and times are subject to change.
