WEEKEND WARRIORS PROGRAM TERM 4 Children aged between 6 and 13 years. Program Aim: To provide children with the opportunity to participate in a wide range of activities based on individual interests, where children can have fun, interact with other people, develop and maintain daily living life skills and actively participate within the community. Age Group: 6 to 13 years. Transport: Participants can be dropped off and picked up from Cloverdale Community We do have limited capacity to pick up and drop off participants from home. (Please discuss with us to see if this can be arranged). Cost: Life Without Limits Advanced Support Group covers all activity fees. Eligibility Criteria: To access this program people must be a participant of the NDIS and live in the Geelong region.
