Reports to: Artistic Director and Business Manager About Ten Ten Who We Are Ten Ten is an award-winning theatre company and educational organisation rooted in the Catholic faith. We work in schools, churches, prisons, community centres and theatres throughout the UK, as well as producing film, educational and media resources online. Ten Ten currently works face-to-face with over 125,000 children, young people, young offenders, teachers, parents and members of the wider public throughout the UK. Founded in 2007 by siblings Clare and Martin O Brien, the name Ten Ten derives from the scripture passage John 10:10, I have come that they may have life, life to full. In all of our work, we aim to help people to live life to the full. Our Vision To build a more open, positive, confident faith culture; to evangelise and inspire people to live out their mission as Christian witnesses.

Our Mission To inspire and educate faith communities by using creative means which look at the world from a Catholic-faith perspective. Our Territory With a head office based in Muswell Hill, North London, Ten Ten operates in schools, churches, prisons, communities and theatres throughout the UK, as well as through film and online media. Ten Ten has potential to expand to other regions throughout the world in the future. Our Strands There are 4 main strands to the work of Ten Ten. Ten Ten Theatre currently produces the main output of our work in schools, parishes, prisons and communities, using theatre, drama, workshops and reflective sessions at a community level. Ten Ten Productions creates higher-end theatre and film productions to a broader audience, often an adult audience. Ten Ten Resources is a new strand of the organisation, launching in Autumn 2015, which provides high-quality online materials for schools and parishes, rooted in Ten Ten s drama and story-based methodology. The Ten Ten Charitable Trust is an unincorporated trust fund which raises money to support the work of Ten Ten. Our Projects Ten Ten runs a major programme in Relationship Education, largely in Catholic schools, throughout the UK. We set up and manage a seven-month tour of secondary schools every year, usually achieving 100% bookings. We also produce two 9-11 month tours of primary schools every year, achieving 95-100% capacity. In addition, we run a weekend project in Catholic parishes mainly in the Westminster Diocese running retreat days for Confirmation candidates. Ten Ten has developed a strong reputation for producing high-end theatre productions, such as the sell-out production of Kolbe s Gift at The Leicester Square Theatre, and This Is My Body, a play about human trafficking, at the St James Theatre, London. More recently, we produced a 26-minute documentary film which followed a group of Sixth Form students exploring modern slavery. We have won national awards for our work in young offender institutions (Fear and Fashion 2010, beating long-established organisations such as Crimestoppers and the National Youth Theatre), and we hope to develop more work within prisons over the coming years. We are currently developing Ten Ten Resources, a major new online project for schools and parishes throughout the UK providing high-quality, media-rich resources.
